This restaurant has a wonderful ambiance, dinners are on the higher end of starting at $15 and you can find your casual sandwiches for $10 plus. Service is very friendly staff. Delicious food, worth what you decide to pay for. They have a good price on senior and kids menus. Although be prepared to wait… wait to be seated, wait for your server… wait for your food. That was the worse thing is the quickness of the staff for cooking and serving, upon receiving my meal my French fries already cooling..I do recommend this place although I do recommend they try to provide faster service.

Only ordered a simple Clubhouse sandwich and a cheeseburger. Had to wait and extra 25 minutes while waiting in front for food. Asked for the clubhouse not to be toasted but the bread was even still rock hard. Clubhouse was unfinished missing layers of the sandwich. Asked for fruit with it and was given frys and no fruit. Burger was also undercooked and all of the fries were burnt. Bacon was also like chewing leather. Experience has been bad the past few times we have ate there. Have been eating there for for 15+ years and will never go back.

Sunday brunch has went way down hill. We used to go almost every Sunday. We will not go back. The service has got bad. You shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes, finish 1 plate before you get your drinks(especially when your not busy). Food is cold, empty containers forever.

Coming in, the new owners failed to respect and understand the locals. They immediately made blanket changes to menu items that were favorites to patrons and replaced them with run-of-the-mill, uninspiring food. It was a mistake to “fix” what wasn’t broken. After personally experiencing totally messed up takeout that had to be redone, plus being served an untoasted club sandwich on dried-out bread, I decided to never spend another cent there. I heard rumor the restaurant is up for sale because of declining patronage, which, if true, is understandable considering their ineptitude.

Won’t be back. Restaurant almost empty about 2 months ago when we were there and waited for about 45 minutes for food. Tried again, service better but not a lot. Vacuuming while eating and originally thought it was a tornado warning because of the high pitched squeal of the vacuum. Staff and food have all pretty well changed and not for the better.

The owner is a jerk. My food is always wrong. They tell you a 20 min wait which turns into wait 20 mins go to The store and wait 20 more. The last time I was in there the owner/ manager was very unprofessional and very rude. The food was wrong in the first place the burger was dry and over cooked the bun was hard as a rock the fries were supposed to be Cajun they were regular soggy cold fries asked for extra sauce which they charge almost a $1 for the little cup and they didn’t even give it to me. I wish this place would get new owners/managers. Maybe the food will be good again one day.

My wife and I rode our bikes into Watertown on the Luce Line. We peddled 20 miles thinking about the D’Vincis sub sandwich. We were expecting something like the Navarre location, but were we surprised to find that the Watertown installation is not just a hole-in-the wall pickup/delivery joint, it’s a very nice restaurant. “I thought we’d be eating out of styrofoam” she exclaimed as we feasted on said sub.

We were the only ones in the restaurant, yet it took a really long time to get our food. I guess it’s because they had to finish up with the vacuuming (which they noisily did while we sat there). The salad was good but they left off the croutons, and some of the lettuce was turning brown. I ordered the passion pasta which was pasty and dry, and oddly enough I found a couple spaghetti noodles in with the bowtie pasta that it’s traditionally made with. The chicken breast on top was scant and over-cooked. We asked if they still sold their parmesan dressing which was so good years ago. They did, so we bought some to go. We put it on our salad at home the next day, and it was terrible. It tasted like someone literally emptied an ashtray into it.

Tried these guys again, I can tell there have been improvements made compared to how it was over the summer. It’s still not what it used to be, but much much better. The waitstaff is friendly and helpful as usual and the atmosphere is very warm. Keep it up guys!

D’Vincis catered a 50th birthday party at Enki Brewery and it was exceptional! Staff was on time and efficient. Food was amazing with generous portions. Highly recommend them for parties and events!
