I really like this location most of the time. Unfortunately, their cleanliness standards seem to creep lower and lower. Worse than that, is having spent $50+ dollars, then biting into my stuff cheese crust and finding a fingernail. Do better Triangle Papa John’s.

Wow was this horrible , I get pizza from here frequently, but today it was completely disgusting. It was cold , it does not tast fresh actually kinda tasted gross. And I had got the cheese sticks too that they like destroyed , they cut the thing in like quarter inch pieces 40 different times . I’m not sure I will be returning again to this location. Very disappointed and usaully I’m not a one to do reviews but this was a let down almost $50 dollars down the drain

Pizza was excellent and delivery was fast – but we were not happy overall. We ordered from Papa Johns because of a 50% off promo code. When we put in the code, it said “success” and said we’d get 50% off all regular priced items. We bought 3 1-item pizzas at regular price… and they ended up charging us full price for everything. The pizza was good – but not $75 good!

I just had thee worse customer service experience of my life!! Apparently one of their ovens went out which caused a TWO HOUR backup on Orders, and the woman (or should I say beast because that’s what she acted like) that answered the phone had the nerve to give me the worse attitude. At no point did she apologize or even sound remorseful for the issue. She acted as tho I was bothering her. No attempt to compensate me for the inconvenience with even a 10% coupon. I definitely plan to call back to speak with her manager because I’m sure they don’t want their business represented like that.

Just ordered online using promo code for a free pizz ordered about $61 worth of food and STILL was charged full price. I call the store they give me a refund but it will take 3-5 business days to return my money. Yaaay for being hungry

It has been the best customer service that I got from Adrian (store manager) from the Drumfries store. He talk to me in a very professional manner and he could tell that I had ordered from another Papa Johns location and they let me waiting and never told me they don’t deliver to this area, they never call me either, and when I called to the original place 2 hrs later of being waiting asking for my pizza they say nothing that they can do only give me their apology.

Will never order from here again. The food was a little cold when I got it and the wings were disgusting. I always order from Dominos or Pizza Hut but of course Pizza Hut closed down and The dominos I order from doesn’t do delivery right now so this was my only option.
