The mojito is a must, very flavorful. 3 adults, sat outside had appetizers and entrees. The Cuban sandwich was on point as were the beef dishes. Talking with other customers, we missed out on the fried while fish..

My review of Las Vegas is long overdue, it was a much better place some time ago, I can see the decline in service and food quality. I took some pictures of the restaurant itself and you can see none of the food, well, it just happened that I ordered a Caldo Gallego to start, the waitress did not take note of my order and goes about her business to come back with a chicken soup, she apologized and brought my order, next I ordered my food with patacones as a side order, no note taken, my food came with sweet plantains. The food was not bad but as good as it used to be.

Food was good. Staff was nice but forgot a side order and brought 1 plate of the wrong food. They rushed out the correct order as soon as they could, though. They give you rice, black beans AND plantains as your side. We sat outside, which faces the frontage road and parking lot, so not super picturesque.

I love Cuban food all around the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale are but I can always count on the food here to be delicious and the service to be kind and friendly. In my opinion the flan here beats all other flan. It is especially smooth and creamy and dreamy. The Cuban coffee is also wonderful. You can’t go wrong. Also, plenty of cozy booths!

I’ll never eat here again. The staff are not friendly to Americans who don’t speak Spanish. I’m really disappointed. I recommend Padrinos. A family owned restaurant, thar is always busy with customers. The food is amazing, English speaking staff.
