I ordered a BLT pizza a few weeks ago that arrived with only bacon and cheese on bread. I called to have a pizza redone and it arrived over an hour later covered in dark, withering lettuce. It was inedible and went straight to the trash. When I called to get my money back, I was told I could not get a refund but would get store credit towards a pizza the next time I ordered. I just called to redeem my credit and they said they “couldn’t find it”

Was excited to try this place as it’s close to me. I ordered pickup and the pizza they gave me had burnt black toppings (those black bits are sun dried l tomatoes). I guess I should’ve checked the pizza before walking out and could’ve maybe called when I got home and discovered it was black but it’s frustrating that I should even have to worry about something like this on a pickup order

I haven’t been here in over a year. I used to go here weekly to get a couple slices and a drink. When I walked in and noticed all the amazing changes that were made. I ended up talking to the new owner who is very nice, very knowledgeable, and very passionate about food. When we got home I took a bite of pizza and was blown away at how amazing it tasted. The dough is so good!! It’s a true New York style pizza. The sauce….forget about it . You can truly taste the love that’s put into everything to make such an amazing pizza. It was so good, we ate the leftovers for breakfast, then came back for lunch.

We had never eaten, or even heard of, Toarmina’s Pizza until last night (Saturday, June 4th, 2022). We were exhausted from a long and chaotic day and just needed to relax and enjoy our evening without having to cook. We called our usual place only to find they were closed, so decided to try Toarmina’s instead. We were happy that they delivered within our radius (barely) and placed an order over the telephone for a 24-inch pepperoni pizza, which came to $34.46 after tax. We were told 45 minutes, but in reality it took an hour and fifteen minutes to arrive. That being said, the delivery person was polite and the pizza was still hot so she got a tip anyway. We brought this behemoth inside and… Wow, this is really good pizza! I’ve been looking for thin, kind of floppy NY-style pizza and this delivers. They didn’t skimp on the cheese or the sauce at all. I felt they could have been a little more generous with the pepperoni but the quality was very good. This is exactly what we’d been craving. The only reason I’m not giving 5/5 is because of the long delay in receiving our order, but otherwise we are very impressed and will definitely be ordering again in the future. I think we just found our new favorite pizza joint!

Do not order delivery from this establishment! I am traveling from out of town and ordered food as soon as I arrived at my hotel, at 5:50. My original estimate for arrival time was 6:35. My first driver arrived at the location and was there for a long time before cancelling and leaving. A second driver later arrived and my pizza and salad still was not prepared. My pizza did not come out until 7:15 and it did not arrive to me until 7:45, more than an hour after it was supposed to arrive. I paid for extra dipping sauces and they were not included. I asked for no mushrooms on the pizza and there are mushrooms. Very disappointing and frustrating to have to wait so long for food and for the order to not be correct.

Excellent pizza! The crust is delicious and the sauce has a nice flavor to it. Might be the best pizza in Lansing. Recently I have found they might be not paying employees as promised. And I just called, and they offered me no deals that were on their menu. I would say avoid this place, especially if you care about the East Side.

Pizza is pretty good, can’t complain about the Price of pizza by the slice. The price of the cans of pop are a steal which is amazing. Both days I went in the cashier was speaking very quietly and seemed really lost. Both were very nice people, just felt awkward both times standing there trying to get a single slice of pizza. Overall good if you just want a quick bite but I don’t think I’d get an entire pizza.
