Customers were ignored until 3-4 in line. Mop bucket and broom were in view and leaning against the front counter. Most tables were dirty, and customers had to clean their own. Employees lacked friendliness!! I am not dining in here again! So disappointing.

The manager with both her wrist tattooed and weighs about 300-350 lbs that wouldn’t give her name in the drive thru is a terrible human being. The sticker on the drive thru window seems to have created a I don’t care about the customer attitude because no one is going to hold me accountable. If you can’t turn the blizzard upside down that’s not the customers fault. What are you doing DQ? Read your own reviews. She is mentioned multiple times.

The “manager” was one of the worst people I’ve ever met. She was horribly rude from the second we arrived and then continued to be a complete b*#%h while trying to rush us out. Where do I start, the chick who took my order, if you can call it that, was very rude. Our blizzards were just plain Jane ice ice cream with bananas. And once i got to the window I screamed “look at the size of that thing” as the sea cow lookin person was being obnoxious, if you ever have a black hair whale giving you ur order, good luck.

Here we go again, I’m a door dasher and I saw a guy that was making food, without gloves…. He scratched his head and hair and went back to making food, without gloves or washing his hands, how disgusting. I will never eat here again!!! Or even order from them!! By law they have to wear gloves, and have a clean environment, they also made me wait over 10 minutes for them to finish making a hamburger patty…. I always have problems with time when it comes to this DQ. It’s really sad it’s come down to this!!

Normally I don’t complain, but after receiving the wrong order twice I am frustrated. There were 9 employees behind the counter near the ice cream area (I’m assuming it was shift change) and it was pure chaos. I finally just took what was given to me, and it was terrible. That’s my own fault for not saying again that it was not correct, but I am still disappointed. A dish of chocolate ice cream is seriously not hard to figure out, especially when paying $4 for it. Only reason for 2 stars is that the rest of my family’s order was correct.

Just terrible, took my sons there for ice cream (it’s their favorite) and it was a mess. Employees yelling at each other, waited 30 minutes for 2 blizzards. A baseball team came in after me, and I straight told them head across the street to Raising Canes, that’s where we ate before coming here for ice cream, great service. Another couple came in after them I told them I had been waiting 30 minutes for ice cream, they just left. I think my 9 year old said it best as we were leaving “it’s sonic, Culver’s, or Freddy’s for ice cream from here on out”
