Deliciously fresh summer rolls with vegan peanut sauce and best tasting Pho we’ve ever had! Drank the entire broth all the way to the bottom of the bowl! Also enjoyed delightful jasmine green tea. Restaurant was super clean too and owners very kind as well as vegan-knowledgeable.

This has an authentic atmosphere compared to many other Vietnamese restaurants.

I have been coming here for two years, love it, best Vietnameses on the whole coast. Amazing Pho and bowls. Flavor is so fresh. Turned my friends and family on to them too!

This is a gem. Having moved here from California we have been spoiled by excellent Pho, Vietnamese and Thai foods. This is the best in the region in my opinion and the owners operate and take care of their customers. Don’t miss the boba when you order!

Finally, great fresh pho. Fresh veggie spring rolls were delicate and tasty, veggie pho and chicken pho of a superb quality. Small place, but popular judging on how many folks were here. Location is a bit off the main tracts, but certainly worthy visiting. Next time we will try takeout. Good luck!

If you are looking for authentic Vietnamese food then this is not the place for you. The husband and wife team are not Vietnamese. It’s likely they took over the business. We ordered the fresh summer rolls which only has shrimps, ideally the roll is made with shrimp and pork. We ordered 3 pho soup and the broth was definitely not traditional pho broth. It lacked the pho spices to make it a true pho noodle soup. We also ordered bun bo hue aka spicy noodle. It was spicy but it didn’t have lemongrass as the key ingredient of this traditional dish from the middle region of Vietnam. If you are looking for a quick eat then this it it but if you want real good authentic tasting Vietnamese food then this is not the place for you. In addition, the rice plates with Korean BBQ ribs and the grilled pork dish were not available to order, we were told they dont have it, likely they were missing ingredients to prepare the dish. The male owner is also very rushy in taking our order even though there were only 2 other people in the restaurant and he didn’t want to listen, very unprofessional. I think he forgot 1 of the pho noodle soup. We ordered 3 and only 2 came out. When we asked him about the 3rd pho soup he acted like it’s being prepared, which at this time was about 10 minutes after the other 2 pho soups came out already.

Everything Photastic prepared was tasty and fresh. The fried dumplings and shrimp were delicious. They could probably expand their pho selection beyond the three beef and one chicken option. It would also be nice to have two sizes for bowls. My pho order was huge and half would have been plenty.

I’m not easy to give 5 stars but this little place deserves a really great flavor and enough pasta meat and fair price

Has great food but their hours are so inconsistent. They close like every three months for two weeks to go on vacation, and then they close on Monday and Thursday which seems pretty random. I came today which is a Saturday and they’re closed. Then on Sunday they are only open from 11-6 if they don’t decide to take the day off.
