I ordered $27 worth of food and what I got was barely palatable. The mozzarella cheese sticks were falling apart, the regular roast beef sandwich I got had a lot of fat in it. I realize a lot of people like fat, I am not one of those people. I like actual roast beef and not fat. Selling a sandwich for $5 with fat is not the way to keep customers coming back. I can’t finish my meal because the fat makes me nauseous. Thank you Arby’s! You ruined my appetite for your food!

Hands down one of the best fast food experiences we’ve had in a long time. Staff was friendly (esp the assistant manager Joe!) who made some awesome recommendations as we hadn’t been to an Arby’s in a while. Food was hot and fresh, facility was clean, all the way around : thank you!

Back to back I could not get lunch, first time claimed manager wasn’t there so they could take order ( 30 minutes after opening ). Next time was at opening, they said they wouldn’t have roast beef for an hour, I didn’t understand her I told her I was there for a mobile pickup. She was so very rude to me. I called the manager Joe, he was equally rude and offered no help to cancel my order. Never again! I’m done with this location!

This review is specifically for their new sous vide WAGYU burger (yes it has come to this). I haven’t been to Arby’s in a couple of years (not that there is anything wrong with it/just not convenient to where I live). But I am out waiting on a family member at an appointment and up pops a news feed that tells me that Arby’s has an item they have never offered and it is available starting today for a limited time. So me being the grubber that I am had to click on the click bait. Turns out it is a burger. Big deal….but I keep reading and it is a Japanese Wagyu burger prepared sous vide. For those wondering I will encourage you to research now. I have friends that swear by it and say burgers and steaks are never quite the same once you go sous vide. At that exact moment I find myself near an Arby’s so I dive in to the drive thru line.

I’ve always been a Arby’s fan but they may have priced themselves out of what I’m willing to pay for fast food. I got a medium roast beef sandwich and a medium drink and it was $10.58. I don’t think I’ll go to Arby’s anymore, anywhere.

Don’t bother. Employees were not hostile. Unexceptional. Food was terrible. We usually like Arby’s. Clearly nobody cared. Somehow the Beef N Cheddar sandwich was both very wet and very crunchy. Both not words I’d usually associate with Beef N Cheddar sandwiches. My wife had chewy yellow bits in hers. Who knows what that was. The fries were cold and soggy. I’d understand a little if it wasn’t 6:30pm. I figure that’s a normal time to show up for food. Would not recommend.

I spent $33 on 3 sandwiches and they were cold, bread was smashed and cheese sauce all over the outside of the bun. Called them and the manager was rude and hung up because I said they needed to take a little pride. It represents the character of them and the business. Horrible! Save your money.

Me and my son just ate there this evening in the food was excellent. Everything was fresh and delicious the service was great as well. I’ve always liked particular items on Arby’s menu but this location probably one of the better ones I’ve been coming there for years and I will definitely come back
