We dined in and the food was fantastic. The service was really lacking though. Server took our order and after dropping off food she never came back. She apparently went on break and didn’t let us or another employee know. Luckily the gentleman in the kitchen was able to get us a to go box and ring us out.

It was very clean and the service was very fast, even for a red roof. The cashier was very prompt and nice. They had the game on all the big screens inside also, so this would be a great place to watch any game. It wasn’t too noisy for being a red roof either and the restroom were very clean.

Food was great. But it arrived too late for lunch. We had a tight schedule, we ordered an hour and a half early. My team didn’t have time to eat together and we had to eat while we worked. I know it’s a “first world” problem, but still disappointed. This has happened 3 of the last four times. Ugh. Looks like we are changing pizza places.

I don’t know if this is just the Coolidge chain, but this service and food has severally declined. Delivery has gone from 25 minutes to 1 hr and 30. And the quality of the ingredients have fallen off. The red onions had a better flavor but have now been switched to white. And why has Pizza Hut removed the flavored crust? Crust edges are also very dry and hard now and the original pan crust no longer has that buttery flavor. Also this branch has been getting my toppings wrong by putting the same thing on all pizzas.

I worked for Coolidge pizzahut about 5 months and unfortunately I quit due to lack of help from managers. I was the only server on a Sunday, we were packed.. I asked the manager Anna for some help and unfortunately blew me off. I went to the walk-in and cried my eyes out due to lack of help that I truly needed… I had tables leaving because I couldn’t get to them. All I needed was help and she obviously wasn’t there to help besides be on her phone. If you are wanting a job with pizzahut just know, you won’t be receiving aide from managers. Especially Anna!!

Each time we order from Pizza Hut, it is because my significant other likes PH better than Dominos. Yet every time we experience cold food, long delivery times (after the website says it will only be 25 minutes) and often the website crashes so you cannot check on the progress of your delivery.

Ordered a pizza with no cheese (due to an allergy) and I am utterly speechless on how terrible the pizza was. Completely overcooked, almost no sauce despite requesting extra sauce, the dough was so thin it was like biting into a thin crust (despite being a regular ol’ hand-tossed). Don’t think I will go back.
