Hands down the worst experience every time. From missing while pizzas from my order, no cheese on the cheesy garlic bread and the “your order is or for delivery” message over an hour before the order is actually delivered. No one answers the phone and the pizza is never hot. Last time the cut it so lopsided I felt bad for whoever thought it was passable.

I’ve been trying to put a big order from a non-exempt company (not supposed to pay taxes) multiple times. Night manager Clay was not truly helpful, and he didn’t even want to answer the phone. His team said that he was not in the mood to answer and apologize for his behalf.

Ordered here last night instead of our usual spot and paid for it dearly. Woke up and everyone’s stomachs were on 11. My oldest boy (6) had mild food poisoning, and it kept him in the bathroom for an hour minimum. There’s no way I’ll ever bother with food from this location, or Pizza Hut in general, EVER AGAIN.

Its always a hit or miss with this place. Lately the food has arrived cold or unpleasant. Today it was cold but my kids were hungry so having it delivered again would have just been an inconvenience. Not worth $50.

Ordered from this store last night and the pizza was slightly underdone, I included that comment in the survey and the manager called me this morning to resolve the orders issue, I did not expect a follow up as I wasn’t complaining directly to the restaurant. Never go to pizza hut! Teenagers sit on tables they prepare food and place not clean. My pizza was doughy and uncooked. Manager has a nasty attitude! 45 minute wait for brownies and pizza! Service suck’s!
