No I don’t usually like hair in my food. Was enjoying my dinner munching on some fries and I could tell something was in it. I proceeded to pull this 6inch black hair out of my mouth. I already ate my sandwich, so it really grossed me out thinking what else wasn’t sanitary.

So upsetting. We Went here because we were in the area. I ordered a classic roast beef(not a slider) and a small Mac and cheese and a 6 count chicken nugget. Never got my chicken nuggets or the sauce, and never got my classic roast beef, I got a slider with no sauce either. So disappointed. And then I called to see if I could get a refund or my next meal for free, and they tell me I have to go back in order to receive a refund (mind you I was already back home) and the lady wasn’t very nice on the phone, like uhm excuse me you got the order wrong. Will never be returning here again that’s for sure.

Can get busy at peak hours, but still gets the order out reasonably quick. The other local fast food joints have really taken a dive, so I decided to give Arby’s another go. Honestly, not a big curly fries fan. Never have been. However, they nail it on the sandwiches! The classic roast beef is the bomb, but it’s the other offerings that really shine! The fish, when available, is the best in town. Turkey is great! Reuben is amazing! Most recently had the 5 Meat Mega Stack. I thought I was hungry. I thought it would be no big deal. I was wrong.
