Was there today, January 8th around 2:30 p.m., and there were two young males behind the counter. The taller one was working hard taking care of customers in the drive -thru line and the short one was sitting on a chair in the back, behind the counter. The hard worker finally asked the lazy ass, can you help her? He reluctantly got up and asked, in a bored tone, can I help you? My grandchildren wanted the pink icing with rainbow sprinkles donuts. There were minimal donuts on display. Leftover muffins, holes and coffee crullers. He said, this is it I wound up buying two stale ones that were inedible to my grandchildren. Get your act together with checking on your employees ‘ behavior off hours and the products you’re supposed to be offering that you advertise about!

This place was horrible the Indian person they was the supervisor or manager was rude and ignorant . I asked for a large 32oz ice coffee with no ice as I am not supposed to eat ice and have things at room temp he said we can’t do that and get out of line and I just removed myself and told him that he was very unprofessional .. this is how problems arise in today’s society and he had a smerk on his face this is a very unprofessional place to go to and I guess they don’t care because they have people that are loyal to DD!!!! This needs to change willow grove park mall lower level DD…..Abhi was the manager in question…

I work in the mall and it’s a shame that I’ve come in contact with this issue more than once at this Dunkin Donuts. They are ridiculously understaffed. I try my best to be understanding and patient but there’s is no reason that I’m waiting 20 minutes at the location for an order I placed 10 minutes prior to that 20. Some of us have to be on time for work…

Literally worse dunkin ever. I only see one person working whose neglecting the line and they’re accepting online orders. For a mall I went up to Starbucks. Pardon my language but screw this dunkin. I worked in dominos for years and we learned how to turn off orders or hire call ins. Anyways, Just go to Starbucks

i got a decaf peppermint latte, and i was standing to the side waiting for my drink. i watched them put regular cold brew in it so i asked for them to remake it because i can’t have caffeine. when they were remaking it they literally put watered down coffee in my drink instead of decaf????? it tasted awful to. i also got a sandwich and i was standing there for like 8 minutes waiting for it and when i asked about it they said they hadn’t even started making it yet, and they weren’t even busy or making other food
