SORRY MANAGER, SORRY PRACTICES: What a shame I can’t give less than 1 star. I called S. Parkway Domino’s after I got home realizing they gave me the wrong pizza in the drive-thru pick-up. They said I could have a replacement delivered in 30-35 min, so I agreed. Twenty minutes later the manager (River Price) calls me saying I have to pay a delivery fee, or I can not get a replacement !!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS TO BE ABUSED BY FAST FOOD COMPANIES !! THEY SCREWED UP AND SHOULD HAVE MADE IT RIGHT, INSTEAD THEY BELITTLE THE CONSUMER, JUST TO TRY AND SAVE A BUCK. I DID NOT PAY THEIR FEE AND DID NOT GET MY PIZZA REPLACED, INSTEAD I HAD TO GET A REFUND UNLESS I AGRRED TO PAY MORE. SHAME ON YOU RIVER PRICE AND YOUR SORRY BUSINESS PRACTICES. I HOPE SOMEONE THAT MATTERS READS THIS AND TEACHES HIM SOMETHING.

I haven’t eaten Domino’s in a long time, over a year. I ordered from them and it took a while for the food to be delivered, but that was not a problem. I’m patient. However, when it finally arrives it was cold, not even warm. The pizza tasted bad too. Wings and pizzas were cool to the touch, forget cheezy goodness. I wish I’d gone to LittleCesar’s, Pizza Hut, or even a frozen pizza wouldve been tastier. I paid $30 and couldnt eat that nasty peperroni pizza. They offered me a whole 20% off of my next order, like I’m gonna order from there again! How about a partial refund? That would’ve made more sense to me.

I haven’t had issues with this location until recently. Placed an order and it said it was being prepared, didn’t get another update but went to pick it up at the pick up time. Had lost the order and was then starting it. Not sure what happened but I’ve never had issues with the app before at other locations. The lady wanted to tell me the order might not have been paid for when I received a confirmation email and the money taken from my bank account.

It was just a bag! I got all kinds of attitude just for a bag! Greeted with a “come on man” after requesting a bag for my drinks. Which were then practically thrown at me. I get it. Your having a bad day and this guy has the audacity to ask for a bag! What was I thinking?

i asked for my pizza be cooked well done because when i dont ita not cooked all the way trough and is doughy aa you can see by looking at the bottom of that pizza its barly even cooked ita nasty and doughy legit ive had nasty doughy pizza more times then not from this location i called the store to tell them this is not acecptable and after 10 mins i hung up the only nice thing i have to say is the staff was friendly when my husband went into the store

So on 4/10/21 we ate dominos for lunch the sandwich was well picture will say enough I call back rudeness is what I got on 4/13/21 I spoke with manager she apologize d and made things right the photo will say enough.so to sum up experience with south memorial parkway if you are not satisfied do not worry cause the store manager will most definitely make things right
