Would give it 0 stars if I could. I came through the drive through got a chicken sandwich meal, came with fries nuggets and the sandwich and got a thing of mash potatoes and gravy. EVERYTHING WAS ICE COLD! The fries where sitting there atleast a good 2 hours or so. My sandwich was so damn old there was barely any meat just crisp. I called up there and didn’t get any answer. This place is absolutely the worst KFC there is.

Went here tonight and sat in the drive thru for 20 mins and no one responded at all . Pulled up to the drive thru window and no one was there. Tried to call no one would pick the phone up. You can see employees on there when you pull up so why is no one working? This is why I never like to come to this location. You might as well shut this location down if no one is going to work.

I went today because I was excited about the new wrap. 2 for $5. Went thru drive thru, went quickly .Soon as I got home too eat it, which I should have checked before I left the restaurant. It was a disappointment. It looked nothing like what I thought, mayo was sloppy, no pickles just dried up looking chicken strip, tortilla. Now I love me some KFC but today was ruined.

Unbelievable. Sat in drive thru 10 minutes before a female voice said “KFC.” Daughter put in her order, the female voice said “hang on.” After sitting another 10 minutes we pulled around to the pick up window. Not a soul was in sight. Wife called the store, shockingly someone answered. They came to the window and said their beeper didn’t go off… after taking our order 15 minutes earlier. So she asked our order, confirmed it had been put in, and said “they ain’t but two of us here” and she proceeded to disappear. Another 10 minutes goes by and finally someone starts throwing our food together. No thank you. No sorry. No name tags. It took 37 minutes to place and receive our order. There was a line to the road behind us.

I’m sad and disappointed. I order the 4 PCs fried chicken the chicken looked as it was cooked 2 days ago and taste was just oil and salt. I wish I had gone to the caraway one. I want my refund. Never go there waste of money.

KFC has been a longtime favorite, but freshness, service, and product availability have declined. Wait times in the drive thru are excessive, and the doors are often locked during posted open evening hours. We often arrive home with incorrect or missing items. The properties of our favorite locations are not as well maintained as they used to be.
