Long review: Cracker Barrell is one of my favorite breakfast spots during long travel. On occasion we will go just because so that’s what we did on this day. I was so incredibly disappointed. I’ll start w/the 1 positive… you can place yourself on a waiting list online. However, the time given “10 min” is apparently an approximate time because “the online system doesn’t know about cleaning tables.” Why would the host say that? We are finally seated, 5 of us at a very small table. If we wanted a larger table, we would have to put our name back on the waiting list. Of course, we didn’t do that. Our server brings out our drinks. I ordered a strawberry lemonade, and my daughter’s friend ordered a watermelon lemonade. He says what it is and puts mine down and pushes it towards her. So I grabbed it, and he said that’s hers, this is yours. We know what we ordered, so why would you tell us no when you clearly told us what drink you were putting down? Two of us ordered scrambled eggs hard. They came out wet and lukewarm. We decided not to eat those at all. Our daughters grits had a piece of (we think it was) green pepper in it. I forgot to mention we had to ask for silverware. And the silverware we finally received after waiting was not clean. Our server seemed irritated with us, but as time went on, he got a little better. They don’t have a good score (to me). I still love cracker Barrell, but I will not go back to this location.

Cracker Barrel, good food at a cheap price! The store is very cool maybe the best part. If you want some good feel like home cooking stop by. The food won’t blow you out of the water but it’s consistent.

I was very disappointed in breakfast this morning. The breakfast meats were under cook (bacon – afraid to eat) and over cooked sausage and ham, tough and rubbery. Eggs very hard…what on Earth is Crackel Barrel doing? ♀️ ♀️

As a family with two younger kids (under 6), normally Cracker Barrel is a winner. It’s okay if the kids make a little noise and no one complains about a few bites hitting the floor. The food can be kid friendly with a large variety of options.

I hadn’t been to Cracker Barrel in quite some time, but I decided to treat myself to lunch on Saturday and boy, I was not disappointed. The host [RJ] greeted me immediately and got me seated just as quickly. My waiter [Kayden] was very attentive and so kind. My food was amazing, as were the biscuits! 10/10 food and service!

Food was horrible, drenched in grease, no seasoning at all! Honestly the amount of grease made us naseous. Service was horrible our server made fun of me for thinking i ordered a burger. My kids couldnt even eat their food. Never again!!!!

My wife and I were in town to handle some business and this place sucked. We sat at the table while 3 server continued to walk past us. They took 3 other families their drinks, took their orders. Still we sat and waited. By now we already know all of what we want. Finally I had to get up and chase one down to get us some kind of service just for them to send us a server who was working to opposite side of the restaurant from us when there were two very capable in our area. When he finally got to us and took our order we felt rushed to make the order. I asked for my fish extra crispy and it wasn’t. No anticipation of our needs at all, we had to ask for everything. Tatar sauce was supposed to come with my fish, had to call for that too. Our all around experience here was trash. If I could give it no stars I would. So one stars, a bad review and we left no tip is what this particular location get from us.

Always my go-to for my children’s Birthday Breakfast. I give them a choice of any breakfast and almost always they say the same thing ” cracker barrel” they love the pancakes. Staff is friendly. prices are very good considering how costly things are. Great value and plenty of food.

I have been to Cracker Barrel MANY times around the country. This was the first time I can truly say it was embarrassing excuse for food. The fries were dry and cold, tasting like they had been lying in the warmer for hours. The very small piece of chicken fried steak was like eating shoe leather and the fryer oil used for the shrimp was clearly very old and had a sour taste to it. When going to the front desk to pay, I noticed an older couple complaining to the manager on duty about something, not sure what it was about. I’m assuming it was the food. The manager just nodded and then when the couple walked away, the manager looked over at an employee and just rolled her eyes. It is very clear that the staff here do not care and the culture is such that the quality suffers at all levels. We will not be coming back to this location for a long time, if ever.
