I like potbelly, they have nice sandwiches with good luncheon meats. The staff was very friendly and the kids really enjoyed the Mac and cheese. The salad also looked great. The bread is a bit soft for my taste, but still has a good flavor.

I had an egift card from potbelly’s. The Cashier told me We only use physical copies or use the app and pointed to the gift cards in store when I came and ordered I stated it’s and Egift card what do you expect me to do? it has a Barcode you can scan or enter the numbers. Potbelly’s website stated it has cash on them .I felt discriminated and disgusted. I will Never again go here

Haven’t been to Potbelly in years. No particular reason why not. We had the opportunity to stop in with my family. We ordered three different sandwiches, two hot and one cold. The menu was easy to read and offered a good variety of sandwiches. Ordering was simple. The employee taking the orders walked us through our options. We moved down the line and the next person asked about our toppings. She was very nice and explained what they had to offer. On this occasion we dined in. When we opened the sandwiches, we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of meat they put on it. It actually was a perfect ratio of meat to bread. Most other places are heavy on the bread side. The toppings were just the right amount as well. We ordered the original sized sandwiches and had half a sandwich each to take home for the next day. The flavor was excellent! It is now my go to sandwich shop. Not sure why we didn’t return years ago, but this experience was top notch.
