Told to move forward.. To wait for fresh fries. While we all know that’s just keep your timers looking good, but OK. Pulled up waited as instructed and you forgot about us. 15 Min and multiple cars going through, finally Had to go in, wait politely to get cold food waiting in some pickup bin. Not good. Quit hiring people who refuse to do their job. Will not return to location. Wasn’t even busy.

I spent $29 to get a family meal and that includes biscuits first they tell me they don’t have original chicken they only have crispy okay so I get the crispy. And then when I go to open my biscuits it’s 4 hamburger buns, I am absolutely livid and will never be going to this KFC in Leland ever again. Also they have gotten my order wrong many many times and half the time the food is cold, just appear waste of money.

The staff as of 03/29/2023 is awful. The last 4 orders, in a row, have all been incorrect. Fries are cold, the wrap tortilla is dry and hard as a rock. There is barely any sauce, and they apparently can’t count because I ask for three wraps, I always end up with two. Go anywhere else.
