The drive thru was very busy. I decided to go inside. Only one man eating in the lobby. I ordered a two piece meal(extra crispy). The chicken pieces were small. My French fries were hard and chewy. My biscuit was hard as a rock . My Dr. Pepper was nice and sweet.

Went to the Vernon Hills location for convenience despite poor experiences in the past. The gravy is completely watered down at this store. Totally different consistency and lack of flavor. Big hair at the bottom of the bucket of chicken. Disgusting.

This is the worst KFC I’ve ever HAD… Stop in after shopping 5/11/23 near closing. They only had 4 chicken wings, 1 chicken sandwich, and a few chicken tenders. The chicken chewed as it were a week old. Money down the drain. The worker said they didn’t have many customers that day. I SEE WHY. $26 dollars for 8pcs chicken with two sides. They went up. Then the chicken is small ( look at attached pic) the macaroni is soupy( see attached pic) and the gravy for mash potatoes was watery. Place was completely disgusting. Food everywhere. Floor, tables. Baby seat up to a table with no one in the place and food all over it. Was told they weren’t serving grilled in buffet, then ended up being some out later. All the chicken was dry. Grilled, original and crispy. Also, no seasoning. Tasted bland.

Ordered thru DoorDash today got my famous bowl meals and he chicken isn’t popcorn chicken it’s literal chicken nugget now they are DISGUSTING they were soggy and undercooked. The popcorn chicken was the best. I think im going to only go to Popeyes for now one sorry kfc you lost a customer officially. You are too expensive and keep taking all the good stuff off the menu.

TERRIBLE. We ordered a 5pc tender with a side of mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese and a side of ranch. They gave us two fries with the 3 pc tenders and no ranch. Also, no receipt. We went inside and showed them the 3 tenders after just pulling away from the drive thru to which she claimed she didn’t hear us say 5 piece. You asked us 3 or 5 in the drive thru and we repeated 5. We had to return one of the fries to get the mashed potatoes as well. They’re so innaccurate and customer service is TERRIBLE. The manager came out and said we were wrong, but we requested they pull up the receipt. When they pulled up the receipt, we were right. The manager hid in the back and would not apologize for their mistake. Additionally, the manager said if they are two stars then you shouldn’t eat there. So, don’t eat there!

Bad custome service asked for 10 PC for $30 advertising on the drive through. Very unpolite advise me that they don’t have it anymore and they cannot give it. I was about to let it be. But the way they handled the conversation was really mean. So, I asked to honor advertising. Asked for the name on the person at the drive through didn’t understand the name. I told about reporting the issue the lady at front told me we are not corporation go ahead do it. What a terrific way of handling customer. Now I understand the three stars rating
