We just moved here 3 months ago, and were looking for a good place to eat pizza. When we read the reviews, we were at first on the edge about buying from here, but were shocked when we saw(and tasted) how good our pizza was. The service was excellent and they were very friendly! The order was on point, and definitely changed how we see this Papa John’s.(as the reviews were so off-putting) We will definitely order again!

This location has gone allll the way to the bottom of the hill since we moved here 3 years ago. We keep giving them a chance every couple of months, but for the past 6 months, they haven’t failed to disappoint Photo of tonight’s wet, greasy mess that we tossed. I ordered a large supreme and medium one topping pizza on the phone, our order was lost by the time I came to pick up in store. The manager apologized and comped the entire order, I was appreciative so left a $20 tip. We waited 30 additional minutes for them to cook the two pizzas and then they gave us one medium cheese pizza and a side of cheese sticks……….

The service used to be good till the pandemic. Now everyone there is a spoiled teen who gets super emotional and decide to mess your order up intentionally after not getting ripped for prior bad service. Would give a whole months salary to watch this location fail.

Horrible just horrible! I ordered a pizza from here and it was under cooked. I called and they had me on hold for 20 mins and the phone hung up . I called back and they said they would deliver me a new pizza but when they got to my house it looked the exact same . I had to trash both of them. That’s ridiculous. I’m never going back .

This papa John’s is usually busy. I’m not a big fan of their pizza because the dough is always under cooked. But my kids and wife love the pizza. So I tolerate it on occation. It was pretty messy today. Dirty floors, things not put away.
