Spencer’s is an amazing little place! Casual bistro with euro fusion dishes inspired by fine dining classics. Prices are not bad as well! For the price, the food is phenomenal! Everything is also handmade, including the pastas and sauces. Nothing is pre-made. Also, if they have the pork ragout, I heavily recommend it! Amazing stuff!

I like to go to Spencer’s because their food is very good and quality is there. For what you get price is very reasonable and it’s semi self service which is not a problem. Boss is always there but I have seen the help change quite often. Their music is pretty fine with LP. Hope it stay around for a while. I wish he would bring back risotto with mushrooms. It was a BOMB!!

The location does not give this food establishment the justice it deserves. The food of this self serve restaurant is just great. Here everything (including the mayonnaise) is home made from scratch; the prices are reasonable and you just got to leave some space for their delectable desserts. They have been reviewed and recommended by Channel 5 and Westways Magazine. Do yourself a favor and go try them at least once; you will be hooked. They only grow by word of mouth.

Amazingly tasty high-quality food. The couscous fried rice with seared white fish was flavorsome and cooked to perfection, and the beef cheek was incredibly tender. The staff are very friendly as well – we will definitely be coming back!

Spencer’s bistro is a fast casual restaurant that has fine dining inspired dishes for reasonable prices. The pastas are all fresh made in house. All dishes are made from scratch with nothing premade or frozen. The chef takes extra effort to try and make dishes healthier than what you would normally find in the same dish elsewhere. Very friendly staff willing to answer any questions about the menu and will do their best to accommodate any food allergies you may have. Fullerton disclosure, Chef Spencer is a friend of mine.

Came here for a casual anniversary dinner with my wife. The place was empty on a Friday night around 7pm. They have a pretty good selection on their menu with more gourmet items than your typical steak and fries. If you’re looking for some fancy food without fancy prices, then Spencer’s Bistro is the place for you. If you consider yourself a foodie, this is definitely worth checking out. The Mussel Frites, pasta and desserts are all good, but they’re not out of this world amazing. While I did enjoy the food, there was a little pizzazz missing, but that’s ok. I really enjoyed it here and will probably come back, but for me it’s just not a regular restaurant to go to. I still recommend checking it out though.

Living in Buena Park i’ve driven by this place a few times. If your not familiar with it you may drive right by and not even notice it as its located in a shopping plaza and its easy to not see it. It’s also got that hole in the wall but with great food kind of feel but thats just my opinion.

I can’t say enough good stuff about Spencer’s Bistro. I like to describe it as “baller on a budget” type food. The flavors are ones that you expect of a sit down, candle lit and cloth napkin type restaurant but at prices that are absolutely “splurge on yourself and your date” friendly without breaking the bank.
