I cannot begin to describe the level of incompetence at this location. I’m currently 12 weeks pregnant and since I was in the area, I was craving Zaxbys. I had time to spare so I placed an order on Google for pick up at 12:13 pm. I received an email confirmation, and two text messages (for order updates).

Service was ok. Below average for a restaurant but tolerable. As I pull up to the drive through, i glance in the back and notice none of the cooks aren’t wearing any hair nets or anything to completely cover all of their hair. The rude young window lady handed me my food and slammed the drive through door. I bough a cobb salad and as I’m eating i dig into my mouth feeling something funny and reach out a hair! Short and reddish black. This is unacceptable! imagine how you would feel if some thing you paid for was just throwned together carelessly with a hair in it! don’t get me wrong I used love zaxbys and used to visit regularly.. not anymore. This is completely unacceptable.

I explicitly asked for no meat on my salad and they gave me chicken. I’m a vegetarian and I don’t eat meat. Not only that but I had an awful day already. Just makes it even worse when I get home and see that they can’t even manage to get my order right. To the person working presentation today, you should have checked to make sure you gave us the correct items. I have worked in presentation before and I understand that customer service isn’t always easy, but how would you feel? Think about it. You have no idea what goes on in someone else’s life and the least you can do is to just get the order right.
