Food was not what I was expecting after reading previous reviews.. ugh!! The flavors were not there at all. Very very bland. But it was a nice, clean spot and server was attentive.

I went to this place a few months ago and even though there was a mixup with what we ordered the food was good. Chips and salsa were great and the tacos were good, but this time it was raining so we decided to order in instead. What a difference, the chips were very burnt, the salsa was watery and my taco salad was just some bean purée and a bunch of melted cheese with some shrimp on top. Like where is the lettuce in my SALAD? I only ate the shrimp and it was good, my friend’s chicken tacos she say were ok but overall this was such a disappointment. Like I’m sure these people would not serve this if we were eating there as we would have return both items immediately. The chips were not even eatable. I feel like I wasted $50 as I was still so hungry after eating the little I could eat from what I ordered.

I visited for the first time on a Sunday afternoon and I was not crowded. The service was good and the food was tasty. The salsa was not spicy and the portions were adequate. I will definitely eat there again. We’ve been back numerous times and the service is still great.

This was my first visit and I will return. The food was seasoned well, the service was great and the outdoor seating was a nice option. I visited on a Sunday afternoon and it was not busy. I especially liked the salsa because it was tasty but not spicy. The portion size was appropriate and the sweet tea was not too sweet.

Definitely, one of the best Cuban/Mexican in Pembroke Pines. True classic dishes throughout the menu. Upon entering i was greeted and was seated very nicely. Immediately upon being seated chips and salsa were brought to our table with water.

The food here is so freaking delicious. My daughter is a picky eater. We visited this place 3 times during our vacation because the food is soooo good. The waiter is personable and sweet. If ever in Fort Lauderdale please dine here. You will thank me later and I consider myself a foodie

Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in South Florida—at any price. That being said, prices are very, very reasonable. Consistently provides excellent (Mexican, Cuban, and more!) food and absolutely exceptional service. What you’d hope for and expect in an owner run restaurant. Have tried many menu items and have never been disappointed. They make amazing Mojitos and have the best black beans! Make sure to leave room for a flan or other awesome end to your meal, and one of their incredible cappuccinos which are served with an artistic flair! By the way, if you like airplanes, you’ll be at the right place, as you’ll get to see many aircraft taking off or landing at North Perry Airport which is right next door! Certainly makes for an enjoyable dinner date, family event, or midday lunch! Staff speaks both English and Spanish. Highly recommend, without any hesitation.

The food here is amazing. I’m never disappointed. Had the breaded steak this time and it was tasty and delicious. Red sangria was darn good too. Go here for the food the place itself is not exactly a vibe as it is older building and no entertainment offered
