Ordered a5pc chicken tender meal at drive thru. Was told to pull-up to the vehicle ahead of me and they would bring the food out. Waited 20 minutes then went inside. Food was being bagged. When I arrived at home to eat was missing a side. Was not offered a receipt, I assume because they have a corporate survey on them. I will not be back and apparently that is the thoughts of most people as this was during lunch and the delay was certainly not because they were busy.

The young girl taking orders is not very kind. She never asked what sides we wanted on our combos just put what ever she wanted. Told us our total before we were even done ordering very fast and said to have payment ready . Told her at the window what sides we actually wanted. Got home and opened the bag and they got the order wrong even after telling at the window what we wanted.

Ok. I usually don’t leave negative reviews but today I will make an exception. When ordering, I had to repeat my order twice. Not a biggie. I did get the correct sides and drinks. I asked for dips for my order of strips- didn’t get any. I asked for white meat for my 2 piece order. Yucky dark meat- couldn’t even eat it. No butter or honey for my biscuits. Poor me. Sorry KFC, not a great day for you OR me.
