The remodel looks nice, but the crew attitudes are still not the best. The gentleman that was bringing the order out was very professional and upbeat, communicated everything about my large order. The young lady with long pink braids on the other hand was “cold”. She’d walk by throw a bag on the counter for me to bag my own order. Another guest was asking to make his order to-go bc he accidentally hit dine-in, and all she responded was “it’s right there”.

This Taco Bell is the best one around. I work near here and sometimes get off late and Taco Bell is always my first choice. They are super nice, my order is a bit complicated cause I’m picky but they get it right every single time. Not sure why other people have problems, I love this place.

Everyone that is working April 1 Friday night until close should be fired. They closed your restaurant at 1 am for problems with the system. Right now you’re supposed to be opened until 3 AM. They don’t like DoorDash, they cancel orders for no reason and they are liars. The owners should really clean house here because this has happened several times. Many times I never get my full order. In the day time seems to be better but evening to night time is very bad here. Very lazy employees.

The food is incredibly soggy. The tacos fall apart, and the shell on my Gordita looked and tasted raw. This is a relatively new location and never seems too busy so would assume they would have the time to prepare the food correctly.

I love the soft tacos. But lately the quality of the food and service has gone down hill, and I have tried several different ones where I live. We have a new one down the street and we decided to give it a try. We pulled up to the order menu and waited 15 minutes and the line never moved, so we finally pulled out of line and went somewhere else.
