I ordered pickup, got back to the house and think they used water and olive oil instead of pizza sauce! The inner part of the pizza is as thin as the cardboard in came in and doesn’t hold anything when you grab a slice! I should drive it back but what’s the point!

Amazing pizza and employees that work there. My four star review stems from my ordering experience… I ordered carry out and originally started the order online, hoping to use the coupons cause who isn’t a fan of saving money… I got all the way to checkout and was met with a denial of the option to pay cash at the store.. so then I go into the store where I already know I’ll have to wait instead of be able to pick up and go…. Just to be informed of their inability to use the online coupon on their system in store … All I know is this was frustrating.. but I still paid and waiting for the order, which again was ready pretty quick and correctly… Pizza is suppose to be easy and convenient, and this was nothing of the sort when I was simply trying to bring my employee’s a lunch of appreciation..

Let’s start by saying my kids love pizza and order often and the last few times have gotten worse! Tonight they say they tried to deliver and didn’t and said they called and nobody answered. Well cameras on my house show they didn’t and caller ID shows they didn’t call. Then I call the store and to say manager was rude is an understatement. Then when they finally come back 50 minutes later with the same old pizza I asked the driver what number he called he says it went to voicemail. And the receipt on the stack he gave me was a different address!!!

Made a walk in order for 2 cool ranch Papadias and was told it would be 20 minutes understandably I waited in my car 20 minutes and went back in only to be told again that it would be 20 minutes, I told the staff I was already told it would be and already have waited 20 minutes, the response was just “who told you that” and that “there was nothing we can do, it’s in the “make que””. 40+ minutes for 2 Papadias? Not worth the time. I had a problem here 3 years ago and decided to give it another shot, but ended up disappointed again sadly. Not even an apology for the long wait time.

did not put light cheese on my pizza. They’ve been working hard in the snowstorm and I get thatIs light cheese typically means hardly at all. I understand the position they’re in doing and making food for people which is amazing in a very noble profession. Just disappointed I guess Even when I said I really wanted light cheese. I even talked to the 3 gentlemen in the store. I will be going elsewhere.

I have always been a fan of Papa John’s but don’t have one nearby. So I decided to make a road trip to try out the new Papadias, A flat bread style sandwich that comes in four varieties. I opted for the Philly cheesesteak and was very happy with the flavor able ingredients, crusty folded flat bread and the always enjoyable garlic side sauce. The flat bread comes in a very sizable portion and if you have a side item, like I did, a half of a sandwich is more than enough. For my side I chose the new garlic cheddar knots. Very good with a side of their mozzarella pizza dipping sauce. Both new items were a hit.

I ordered online…and the pizza was brought out to me fast . Was good I will be back…only thing is that they charge premium prices..for a large with 3 toppings it was like 25 dollars! That’s what happens when Little Ceasars is closed on Sunday but ok…hey guys go on retail me not website and look up papa John’s for discounts so you can still enjoy the pizza and save some $$ too! We ordered pick up for my daughters birthday. I ordered and my sister picked up. Unfortunately they did not give her all of our order just 1/3 of it. So I ended up going back to pick up the remaining of our now cold nasty order. While waiting I see the manager making more pizzas. He was not wearing gloves. Me, disgusted asked do you prepare all your pizza without gloves? He responded yes we just wash our hands. So with their dirty under nail they dig into the cheese and other toppings. I will NOT be returning. As the thought of it makes me queasy .
