We created Curry Pizza House for a reason: To share our love for craft pizza, delicious curry flavors, and wholesome ingredients. Fast-casual food that you’ll love to eat and makes you feel great.
Our family story begins with fresh and spicy food. As first-generation Indian Americans, we have been immersed in authentic, Indian cooking since childhood. As children growing up in California, Pizza became a favorite dish which united family, friends and special occasions. Friday nights were always “Pizza night”. On a few occasions, we started adding some of mom’s curry and spices over the pizza to change up the flavor. What started as a kitchen experiment would fuel our fascination to create something new, something different.

First time trying this restaurant and pizza tasted good. Remember if you are planning to dine in, they don’t provide even water without paying. First time I have ever seen like paying for water. Also, not sure what reason, it smelled so bad inside. I did ask about the pungent gas smell but I was told it is oven smell. That smell was horrible. Next time we may try pick up instead of dine in.

We have recently moved to Texas and came across this Indian Pizza place. I was really skeptical since the prices were extremely high compared to other popular pizzas but we still went ahead and ordered for a large half and half- Shahi paneer, Chilly paneer pizza and garlic sticks with cheese which costed us a whopping amount of $40. Firstly, the garlic sticks with cheese is just plain cheese pizza without any flavor, forget about the garlic alone. Secondly, we did not know what’s the difference between with the 2 pizza flavors.. my taste buds literally couldn’t tell what the difference is. From the photo.. we can figure out that one side has olives and the other side has tomatoes as extras. Trust me that’s the only visual difference. Coming to the most important thing, the taste.. it’s extremely plain, the paneer I’m sure was just sautéed with salt and turmeric and put on. I don’t even want to talk about the cheese as it was missing completely! Thanks to my husband who put salt, tandoori Masala and chat masala on the top of it to make it a little appetizing. We would never come back to this place until the management/ chefs look into this and come back with good quality tasty pizzas with moderate prices.

Don’t sleep on Curry Pizza House! I’m telling you, it’s really, really good. And not just the yummy Indian inspired pizzas (our favorite is the Tandoori Chicken); but we’ve tried the plain cheese, pepperoni, and the all meat one and all have been fantastic. It’s the crust that sets it apart, it’s so good, and crust can really make or break a pizza. Toppings are always super fresh and they have super unique options too. The only downside is that it’s a little expensive, but what isn’t these days. Give it a try! We love it!

Absolutely fantastic! The tandoori pizza and the classic combination were delicious and the wings were a treat as well. The wait was rather quick and the employees were very friendly and helpful. 5/5 would come again!

You know you found the right Pizza place when your 15 year old who is really picky about taste says “This is my new favorite Pizza”. We tried the Curry Veggie Delight & Tandoori Chicken, Wings in a couple of flavors and the House Garlic sticks. Everything was perfect. Delighted to find something so close to home with a better menu and service without having to drive to the Colony anymore. This will be our go to place for Pizza. Go try it yourself to experience this new gastro delight in town. The staff is amazing as well, which is an added bonus on top of great tasting food.

The painting on the wall of the long purple-haired woman onn the interior was beautiful! Atmosphere is nice and clean, and service was OK. But the food was overpriced. I cannot bring myself to spend almost $100 on 2 pizzas and a small amount of wings. The pizzas could have been better; they did not have a lot of sauce or salt, and they were dry. Water is not free, which I found to be surprising. I think they are about to close because there is a lock box on the door, and I can see why. Good concept, but they need to find a way to make it more affordable.

Quick verdict: Not worth it. Almost ridiculously overpriced for okayish pizzas. The pizza, technique wise, is well made. However, for strong names like “Chicken Tikka Pizza” the toppings and sauce tasted bland. While they’d be okay if positioned as regular chicken or paneer pizzas, but compared to the legit Indian-adopted pizzas you get in India, they pale in comparison. Honestly, I couldn’t taste much difference between two different pizzas. Now, the elephant in the room. The pricing. I don’t care if you have the best pizza in the world (which they don’t) but at the end of the day, it’s still pizza. 18 bucks for a small (10″)?! That’s way overpriced. Anyway, there is a dine-in option with a few tables if you don’t mind the cooking smell on your clothes. Again, all that doesn’t matter if you’re overpriced. Just for a perspective, I was driving through middle-of-nowhere Utah. Saw a Curry Chicken (different business) Pizza by the road. Took a chance…loved it! Strong flavors and priced much lower than these guys here. Don’t think I’ll be returning here. The chicken wings were quite good though…but 5 wings for 8 bucks and that too one of the wings being the size of my thumb? Not worth it.

We use to visit Curry Pizza in California quite often. It used to be our families to go Desi Pizza joint. We are glad that we have one in Frisco, TX now. We tried the one in Frisco the other day and it brought back some great memories. We tried Tnadoori wings, Achari wings, Achari Gobi pizza, chicken tikka pizza and the desi spicy sticks. The quality and taste is just like the original one in CA. Chicken wings were full of flavor and meat, Pizza’s were flavorful as well. We asked for extra crispy, so the dough was perfectly cooked. With the amount of toppings this pizza has, I would highly recommend crispy. We will definitely recommend this place and will definitely visit it again. Keep up the good work y’all!
