I’ve had the food multiple times and it’s consistently good, but this brisket meatloaf was good enough to warrant a review! It was everything I was hoping for. Glad I remembered to stop and take a photo because I ate the majority in the car before I got where I was going.

You have to make your orders to go. There is no indoor seating, but there is a little covered area with picnic tables outside. I got Brunswick steward hushpuppies. It was very good, but it was a bad idea, because it was so hot outside and the stew was so hot that I could barely eat any of it. They did have a fan outside pointed towards the tables, but it didn’t help much. Plus, there was a huge spiderweb under one side of the table. My husband got the sliced turkey sandwich without the sauce. I had a few bites of that and it was good. The staff was friendly and I was able to get my food quickly. I liked the food, but I just would prefer if there was an indoor seating area.

Omg they have the best turkey bbq I have ever eaten I also tried the Brunswick stew it’s was great I loved my experience and will be back for more I most definitely recommend coming here staff was pleasent and great location

Mom: I couldn’t wait to get to the house so I ate the extra Mac and greens in the car amazing. My first time at this spot. And They have earned a customer this is real food. Really good.

Overall some of the best BBQ I’ve had in NC. The pulled pork is the best we’ve had. The brisket was fabulous. I’m trying to figure out how they flavored it, it’s yummy. Brunswick stew is on point and the fresh pork rinds were awesome. We will be back soon.

Wish I had stopped months ago! Food is truly homemade. The best collards I’ve ever had (sorry grandma!), BBQ chicken with perfectly charred skin & juicy inside, corn sticks were hot & crunchy, Brunswick stew was meaty with a balance of sweet & heat, freshly brewed sweet tea and the slaw complimented the meal.

Super friendly staff, nice outdoor seating and good sides. The brisket was underwhelming if I’m being honest. I’m not sure if it was the sauce that was on it or what, but it was kind of strange tasting. The sides were fantastic though. Will definitely be going back to try the bbq pork and give this spot another try.
