I don’t know what happened but the driver must have had the pizza on its side or tipped because all the toppings slid to one side! and on top of that the pizza isn’t cut when I requested to be cut! Don’t even wanna order again…

Ordered a pizza and didn’t get what we wanted on it. I put my exact location on there then the guy called and said he never got a location so I had to walk to meet him. We ordered a pop and as we were walking to meet the guy I saw him swinging the bag around with the pop in it. Asked for ranch and never got it

I ordered a pizza today and instead of delivering I chose to go in and pick it up. I went in and every single worker (4-5) completely avoided eye contact with me. It was almost as if they were trying not to be the one to notice I was there. After about a couple of minutes a worker finally came from the back and helped me (long curly hair). Normally I do not have problems here, but I was not impressed! Next time I will chose a different place to order from if Dominoes doesn’t want my business.

Came here today to pick my pizza, trucker online said it was ready, I came in after 90 minutes ordering pizza, waited in line because now they only allow 1 person at a time and I understand that, than they told me it will be 7 more minutes and to go outside and wait in line again there were like 10 more people in again. I said it says my order is ready. Employee was rude and said that their trucker doesn’t matter , I asked them to bring outside since there is some sort of mistake, he said no way I will do that and if I want my pizza to go back and wait longer. He never apologized nothing… came home and my pizza order is made wrong! Just wow!

I ordered a pizza at 6:06 pm. Called at 730 pm asking how close it was and they said it will be done in 5 mins. Called again at 8:03 pm asking when it will be done said it will be done shortly. Called at 9:10 pm said it will be done soon. All they had to say to me was they are very busy. 3 hours of waiting for pizza.

If I could give zero stars I would. According to the Domino’s pizza app and the texts they sent via Domino’s Tracker my pizza , salad amp dessert dessert were delivered 30 minutes ago. Just one problem. It wasn’t ever delivered. I called the local dominoes but they’re now closed and even tho there is a prompt for customers with pizzas out for delivery to get through it goes unanswered. What a joke! Only I don’t find not receiving the food they charged me $29.34 very funny at all. My last order was a cluster f@#k too, about a week ago my food arrive 20min after the app said it arrived and my thin crust pizza was all on 1/3 the box in layers. This Domino’s is PATHETIC.

I just want ranch with my salad please your hot sauce as dressing doesn’t sound as appealing. Three times i have had salad delivered but alas! No ranch for said salad. Please. I just ask for some dressing with my salad. More than every other time would be preferable. I understand, i work in the kitchen as well.
