Every time we travel we always stop at cracker barrel restaurants. Food is always good no matter what restaurant you go to. Service on the other hand is not always the same. It is a hit and a miss. Restrooms lately are very dirty. It felt like they haven’t been cleaned in days.

My family and I (5 of us) were told we would have a 40 minute wait. We didn’t mind until groups larger than ours were being seated before us. After waiting for almost an hour to be seated, we proceeded to have to ask for our own biscuits 30 minutes after that. We then asked for the manager, which we were ignored three times until he finally came to our table, got our refills that we were waiting over an hour for. Our waitress, who never told us her name, finally brought our food out, which we also waited over an hour for, only for all 5 of our plates to be cold, hard, terrible, and missing parts to our meals. We asked for the manager again to which he said he would get us hot new food that he would make and get us our drinks. When we asked our waitress for anything or even a question, her response was filled with a careless attitude. She then proceeded to let all the bad food and dirty empty cups to build up on our table (along with three other tables around us) and when we asked her politely to remove them so we could have room for our new food coming, she informed us it was not her fault and she couldn’t do anything about it. After the manager brought us our new food and comped our meals, which we greatly appreciated, we never saw our waitress again. As we were leaving a family that was just being sat had a disgusting and dirty table that was not clean or taken care of and when they asked for someone to take care of it, they were also ignored. Overall our experience at this Cracker Barrel was awful and we will not be going back.

I tried the blueberry pancakes meal. It was amazing. So many flavors and also you get warm can of blueberry syrup and warm maple syrup. It was a total of around $9. Very very filling and tasty food. My brother also liked his steak meal. Definitely will be recommending and coming back to try more food here.

To start off my dad’s coffee cup was covered with lipstick prints on both sides of the cup. She got him a new cup but still how did anyone let that go out onto the floor. Second when our food came out i had to ask for my biscuits because she only brought out my side order of toast. I got the country boy breakfast. Both my parents got the grandma sample. With mine the sugar ham was not very good and the gravy had a bad taste I could only eat one bite. With my parents meals they didn’t eat the sausage because it was over seasoned with spices. Also the floors were really sticky my flip flops kept sticking. Lastly the bathroom was so gross and we got to the restroom 20 minutes after opening. Over all not a good experience.

My visually challenged son and I stopped for dinner. The host I believe his name was Cody didn’t hesitate to grab their braille menu for my son. He treated my son with dignity and respect. He saw a need and met it fully he was humble and gracious. Normally I have to ask and it’s this huge production and inconvenience to the staff and believe me they make it known..but not this person ..I was so moved I spoke to his manager (a reverse Karen if you will.) I spoke with Trent who was so happy to hear something good from a customer. He too was graciously proud of his team and humble. the staff was awesome because of an awesome manager and good hearts..thank you

No Military discount. It’s Monday and took an hour and a half to get in and out out to eat. It was completely packed place. But you can always be guaranteed a great meal so it’s worth the wait.

Very friendly and efficient service. Pancakes were delicious, as well as chicken tenders. Eggs were done to perfection. Another feature of the restaurant were the relaxing rocking chairs outside of the restaurant, where you can relax while waiting for your table . Great place for a stop on road trip or hang out for brunch
