We walked in and were the only peiple in line. They then had 4 people prepping 15+ pizzas from online orders before even greeting us. 20 min after we came in, we were greeted. My wife has a gluten allergy, though they have accommodated that a dozen times in the past. Tonight, they said they couldn’t. By then there were 10+ other customers in line behind us. It seemed that they didn’t want to. We left without being helped. So frustrating, as we drove from Riverside because they normally politely accommodate. We entered around 615pm on Friday March 31, 2023…just fyi so management can see who was working.

I have given this pieology location several tries because they are so close to me, but they seem to be getting worse with every visit. I understand that times are tough and most, if not all establishments are short staffed. Knowing this, I am incredibly patient and understanding with everyone who is dealing with this situation.

it seems quality of pizza is depending on how employees feel that day if she or he feel unhappy you just get lousy Pizza, and sometimes you get to charge extra for a little bitty cheese on top at the end, anyway, this will be my last visit to this restaurant.

1st time ordered two pizzas through app and 1st time ordering from this location. When I picked up the pizzas, it was slightly warm and not hot (only picked them up 5 min after the order was promised). Both pizza had missing after-bake finish and one pizza was missing a large section. It seems to me like the worker didn’t spin the dough correctly, at Blaze they would scrap the dough and get another one. Both pizzas taste good and I have no complaint about the taste, this review was more about quality of the service at this location.

Not a good first impression. The pizza was delicious but they are not punctual on time. I ordered ahead of time and when my online order was ready I walked in and most of the staff was on break. They barely started making my personal pizza. I will be going back to Panera for the pizza. At least they are punctual on time.
