We visited for the first time on a Saturday. Coming from Cincinnati I was very excited to try this place as we don’t really have authentic northwestern Chinese food in town. The cold noodles was great, in my opinion probably the top one or two among all that I have had in the US including Xi’an Famous Food in NYC. The others were less impressive – I also tried the pork sandwich, lamb sandwich, and the hotpot, and wouldn’t necessarily recommend those. The skewers were pretty good though. I’d definitely want to visit again and try some of the other dishes.

Just get the hand pulled noodles!!! Amazing! Have gotten a lot of different food from this place and I am yet to have a dish I didn’t enjoy. The Hunan beef is also on my top things to eat here. Those doughy noodle though 🙂

Clean, quiet, efficient service. Friendly staff. I, myself enjoyed my own food. Finished it all. Family all had to get doggy bags(boxes) which they also give you a bag to put them in which is nice. Overall full stomach and nice experience.

Starting with the best, the service was enjoyable, and the servers were very polite and helpful. The atmosphere was that of a traditional noodle shop, that’s how you know the food is good. The food was quite delicious, but for me, the Biang Biang Noodles were just okay but that’s mostly my fault for pouring in too much vinegar. But the noodles were very good and springy. Overall, it’s a great place to eat and I highly recommend it.

To be clear, this is Chinese food, not Thai! But please don’t let that hold you back – their food is delicious and their menu is full of unique choices you will NOT find in a typical Chinese restaurant. Glorious, bouncy, hand-stretched noodles are not to be missed! Braised lamb dishes that melt in your mouth, crispy bits of pork, perfectly seasoned beef, pockets of red oil punched with garlic and sesame, laced with sleepy cilantro undertones…and plenty of meatless options, too. Spicy or mild offered. Highly recommend the Biang Biang noodles, Braised Lamb noodle soup, and red-oil beef. The Delicious Pork Sandwich is aptly named though sized like an appetizer. The cold dishes are a must-try!

This is the best Asian in columbus, it’s silly to suggest otherwise: get something with the hand pulled noodles, the pork sandwich, the dumplings (handmade)… my favorites – get the Pad Thai and sub in handmade noodles, or any of the noodle soups.

The hand stretched noodle dishes are their original claim to fame but not as good for carryout. As for the rest of my favorites in no particular order: fish tofu charcoal bbq / dried bean curd salad / Xian steamed cold noodles / mapo tofu / and last but not least: all of the dumplings are hand made and delicious.

Cannot stay away from Jiu Thai. The dried bean curd salad is craveable and simply delightful and there is a good reason the Xian Steamed Cold Noodles is one of their most popular dishes. You can’t go wrong here!
