Came here for new years for the first time I absolutely loved it ! Staff was super nice and attentive, I sat at the bar with my friends & they had nothing but a good time , we didn’t order food because kitchen was closed but they had small courses of snacks coming all night my favorite was the mushroom tarts and fried asparagus including the free champagne bottle at the end & even though we didn’t stay till the end of the night it was such a great experience . I want to thank the bartender she was absolutely amazing I’m definitely coming back soon to try the menu

First and last visit here. Server seemed nice at first, but wow at the end, this young girl completely showed attitude and lack of customer service skills. Table of 7 friends. Took a while for drinks and food order to be taken. Everything came at different times; some of us were finishing eating when some of us were just getting food. There were only 2 tables w people, so not busy at all!

The type of place depicted in pictures and the menu were somewhat deceiving. The moment we arrived, there was what can only be described as a sewage smell that had been attempted to be covered up with disinfectant. It persisted throughout our visit. I found myself wishing we had gone to the Applebee’s around the corner, and that’s sad.

Whenever I take the time to write a review is because I feel deeply improvement CAN happen. Having said that ; this restaurant was a huge disappointment. The moment we arrived the chef greeted us which for me seemed as a bad sign not only lack of waiters but of customers.

It is like a smaller version of Mesa Grill, I would recommend this better. Their seafood is excellent, serving size is Italian portion, so u won’t receive a big plate of food. Lots of seafood options, staff r very polite and friendly, know the menu very well. Great spot for a romantic date. Booking is highly recommended

Not a fan of posting negative comments but wow…empty drinks for more than 15 minutes. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. Server would not show up to the table, had to let him know when I got up to assist us. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service. Food is good though. Please stop having your customers go through this type of service. Unfortunately, will not be coming back soon.

When this place first opened food was great ,service was good, and the atmosphere was excellent with music. It’s was very hard to get a table. Now the food isn’t that good, service is terrible. It took 20 minutes to get out drinks, 4 were ordered, 2 were served and it took anothe 10 minutes to get the 2nd two. A couple joined us the finally did get their drinks, however they never received a menu and had to wave down a server to order an appetizer since they waited so long. This was a Friday night, and the place was about a 1/3 filled. We will probably never go back. Too bad since it was our favorite westside restaurant when they first opened. Heard to same from several other people, and relatives.

This new location is amazing! The menu has a lot of options, the food is delicious, the service incredible and they have live music on Fridays ! I love it, definitely will be back soon, I recommend the steak bites appetizer even tho I did not take a picture of, its mouth watering, the flat bread and rib eye were perfect and the drinks OMG…they have real bartenders here! we had a great time.

I was driving around the west side of El Paso looking for a place to get out of the heat and have a drink, when I came a cross “The Holy Grail”. Upon walking in the door I was immediately surprised with how clean, comfortable, well decorated, and perfect the atmosphere was.
