Came here two weeks ago…. They were out of Chicken and all the sides. Came back two weeks later on the off chance that they were having a bad day and they were out of most everything we asked for again. They even forgot my friend’s order. He had to go ask for his food which had been sitting on the counter for 10+ minutes.

The past 3 times I’ve been in as many months I have ordered online and, after pressing “I’m here” in the app and sitting outside for 15-20 minutes have to go inside to find they haven’t even started. Today was busy but the first two were not. All three times the orders have been wrong. That includes add-ons or, in one case, half the whole order. The people are nice but the food and service just doesn’t hold up at this location any longer. If you want good Bojangles, go to another location.

Stopped by to get my free chicken sandwich from the app, was advised that the sandwiches were unthawing at 2 in the afternoon. Order a 3 piece dinner, the chicken had absolutely no seasoning, the skin was rubbery and not fried. Overall a horrible experience. We couldn’t go back because we both had to go back to work, tried calling and got no amswer.
