I have ordered delivery twice this week from this location and both times I’ve had to request a refund because they sent me someone else’s order. The quality of the food and service has also gone down over the last two years. Not nearly as good as the Epps Bridge location.

My husband and I haven’t had barberitos in forever so we were excited to eat it. First off, after our order had been placed in the app for at least 20 minutes, we arrived and were told that their printer “wasn’t working” so they hadn’t made our order. Then we got home and as I was eating my mini burrito I realized it was awfully dry. I opened it and my mini burrito was missing the sour cream, chipotle ranch AND the guacamole which we paid extra for. I tried contacting them on the website but every time I go to upload the photo of my burrito, it makes me start the form all over again. Very disappointed in my food, especially because the restaurant was dead when we went in there to get our food.

Before we paid my girl friend had told the lady at the cash register that we wanted cups and she didn’t add them and we paid and i asked for the drinks. after she grabbed the cups and charged us 5.52 for it. i walked past her and told her this place sucks. as i walked out the restaurant i yelled it so she knew how terrible of a job she did.

I’ve always had a good experience with this location. Today I tried the mobile order and I was surprised how well packaged everything was. The dressing for my salad came on the side which I loved but unfortunately there was a bug in my food.
