I have worked in customer service all of my life and it’s very rare that I’m impressed by service at a restaurant. The employees here were super nice. I ordered for take out and came inside to pick up. There was an issue with one of the items that I ordered so they had to remake it. No big deal. I get it that things happen. They were extremely apologetic and offered me a drink while I waited. Really nice folks and obviously well managed (no, I don’t know the manager). The food was great as usual.

I order from here quite frequently. Most of the time it is pretty good, but it’s getting worse the last few times I’ve been. Tonight, I received the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. I basically had burnt chips. Burnt crust and cheese. No sauce whatsoever and completely burnt. I guess I should have looked at it before I left the store. Not sure what is going on up there, but the last 3 times it hasnt been very good and tonight put the icing on the cake. Awful!!! I wish I would have taken pictures of the pizza. Unbelievable and unacceptable.

3rd time we’ve ordered pizza in the last month and had to drive to the store after 1.5+ hrs with pizza still sitting on shelf. The same scenario each time… The phone is ringing off the hook and they just let it ring (I called to cancel order but was hung up on repeatedly), people are pouring in because they can’t get through to store and their pizza is 2 hours late. I don’t get why this doesn’t show up on corporate’s radar??? Papers on back counter are unfulfilled orders

Dominoes is a great tasting pizza, but the one in Midlothian makes horrible pizza. December 13th, 2022 we ordered pizza and they were over seasoned and dry. The dog wouldn’t eat it. So salty and hard.

We called in to order pizza for DELIVERY like we do every Friday. Are told it would be 20 min. Over an hour later no pizza. Automated system says the order has been completed. No pizza here. Employee tells us that the call center put the order through as pickup and we would have our pizza in 15 min. Hang up and phone rings. Now they have to cancel our order because there is a coupon on the order they delivery doesn’t qualify for and they want to add a delivery fee. After being told it wasn’t their fault the call center messed up several times I told her to put the manager on. Employee stated I could either cancel the order or they can remove the coupon and add delivery fee and then get my pizza.
