There was a mix up with my order and they just cancelled it without contacting me. Then I tried to contact them. On the phone over an hour before my daughter decided to drive up. She made sure it was cancelled and not charged. They did not even offer to replace the food.

Maybe my cheesesticks were only cooked on top & complete dough on the bottom because I almost cancelled my order due to them not having large thin crust pizzas, maybe not, but they were so disgusting! I don’t really care for their pizza already (husband does) but the cheesesticks are normally so good! A waste!

Received a phone call telling me that I would not receive my pizzas because there were no delivery drivers available. Horrible experience. If you don’t have drivers, shut down your app so we can’t order than have to wait for a refund and/or reward points to be reapplied to our accounts.
