Stopped in for lunch while at work with my boss really looking forward to some delicious QDOBA. When I walked in I noticed a young girl behind the counter and 3 employees on break finishing their lunch. While I was looking at the menu the 3 employees got up, walked behind the counter and in the kitchen. 1 employee immediately started touching containers, food handles and then grabbed gloves and put them on without even washing her hands! The other 2 that went into the kitchen walked back out carrying food items within seconds, yes, with gloves on but had absolutely no time to wash their hands either. My boss and I had already looked at each other in discussed from watching the employee do what she did and when the other 2 came out that fast we knew we did not want to be eating there. We spoke up and told them that they were wrong in how they practiced cleanliness, that they will get somebody sick and we decided not to eat there. Shame on you ladies!!! Y’all need to be retrained in wash your hands before you return to work 101

Nope. My bowl was half full of food- it’s expensive to have a child’s size serving. I got chips and guac and my bag was half full with all broken chips couldn’t even scoop the guac. Our food was cold- that’s concerning for my wife who had a plate of chicken and shrimp. The place was literally disgusting- no clean tables. Overflowing trash sitting next to the booth we sat at. Food and garbage all over the floor and tables. I love qdoba but I’ll be going back to west bend the next time I want it. This was just straight up disgusting.

What happened to the portion sizes?! My bowl was extremely small. I got a really small scoop of rice and they used tongs to pick up the vegetables. I got 3 pieces of grilled veggies and they were crunchy! Very disappointing to drive out of my way to go there and not get what I came for. I definitely won’t be back to this location!

My burrito was not prepared correctly. I asked the sauces on the side and they were likely omitted altogether. No tortilla strips in my burrito. It seemed like nobody wanted to be working, and it was obvious they didn’t care about the work they were attempting to do.

It was clear they had several online orders the employees were filling as we stood at the counter without being acknowledged for several minutes. When we finally were asked to order we received one word questions, rice? Beans? Meat? Queso? Veggies? My son asked for a chicken and white rice bowl. This is what he got. My wife expressed to the employee filling the bowl, that my son would only be getting rice and meat. This is what he got.

I eat at many Qdoba restaurants and the consistency I typically expect was not here. The fajita veggies were not the same and appeared old and they did not have fresh quac. It was brown and unappetizing.
