Always a good experience at Waffle House, especially early in the morning when nothing else is open. I love the Texas bacon cheese steak or the patty melt. Also like the Texas toast breakfast sandwich with they’re awesome hash browns covered and smothered.

I went for 2 grand slams and got undercooked, soggy waffles and a runny egg that was supposed to be over easy. I don’t even think it had yolk in it. D -; Hostess, waitress was SUPER nice and sweet. Establishment is clean. But I went for FOOOOD. And was SEVERELY disappointed. Please bring back workers (in general) that care about work, their appearance, and customer service.

We were in Daytona on a recent trip and decided to try waffle house for the first time. The food was ok. The waffle was a bit soft, I think I would have liked it a bit more crispy. We also tried a 2 egg breakfast and a hash brown bowl.

The 2 employees were doing their best to keep up with the customers but failing to no fault of their own. They were friendly and courteous but you could feel their stress. Overall the food and the cleanliness left much to be desired. I put no blame to the employees. They did the best they could with what they had.
