Very relaxing and soothing atmosphere. Customer service is wonderful. Food is amazing. Love how Japan is inside this restaurant. So much decor it’s just majestic. A must eat if you have not.

We wanted to have hibachi, but all the tables were full. They told us we could order from the menu at our table! I never knew you could do that! So we did, and I think it was even better than the big grill! It was so good and the prices were just as good! Go to this place tonight, and you won’t be disappointed!

The cook was great, the food was amazing, and the overall experience was really well presented. Our waiter was great and made sure we had what we needed and asked for. Highly recommend this place.

My family went in at 6:30 on a Saturday night and we were seated right away. Service was polite and prompt, orders were taken right away. The soup was oily with little flavor. The salad consisted of a few bits of lettuce and a small spoonful of what is supposed to be a ginger dressing. The soup was better. Then we waited for a good twenty minutes after finishing with those for our hibachi chef to appear. They use rice instead of shrimp to toss for you to catch in your mouth. I got scallops, shrimp, and lobster. When I tell you this man committed a CRIME preparing this seafood – the lobster was crispy on the outside and bone dry and chewy inside. The shrimp couldn’t be cut with the side of a fork! Miraculously the scallops were cooked perfectly. They have hands down the oiliest food, meats, veggies, and rice I’ve ever had at hibachi. And they serve noodles, which you’d assume would be an Asian type but no, it’s angel hair. My husband got strip steak and it was obviously a very cheap cut of meat, also overcooked. This place is trying to save a buck everywhere and it shows in the quality.

We decided to celebrate our anniversary at Koto without a reservation and got seated right away. Servers were very courteous and refilled our drinks without me having to ask. Food was delicious! Will definitely eat here again! It is now on my favorite Norman restaurant list!

Nice low key family friendly Teppanyaki Hibachi place. Good food (have tried steak, filet, chicken, shrimp), comparable prices (less than some places in the city), a nice show/experience and attentive staff. Definitely worth a look!

When we sat down, we were greeted with pleasant and happy waiters. Our chef, Rusty, was amazing! He was funny, experienced, good, and made amazing food! 10/10 restaurant! Would go again!

Overall hibachi food quality was good, but waiter service was slow and atmosphere is trashy. Sushi quality and presentation was poor. Hibachi chef’s interaction was fun for the family. Double charged us for adult and a kids meal after we told them repeatedly two small kids would split one kids meal. We attempted to talk with manager and they refused to adjust. Do not recommend.

We had the most delicious food and the best experience! Our chef was hilarious and cooked everything to perfection. You get a lot of food for what you pay for, so be prepared to bring home leftovers. The price was definitely reasonable since it comes with SO much food. You get soup and salad, a small shrimp appetizer, plus the entree that includes your meat, noodles, fried rice, and grilled vegetables.
