As some one who takes pride in a good traditional taco and enchiladas, some one who has visited ove one hundred hispanic restaurants and eaten many of street tacos and enchiladas I’m saddened by what I found here. With two traditional chicken tacos on a low grade single piece of corn tortillas with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. I scraped the lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese off. chicken was so dry and unseasoned I barely made it threw one taco. Left the other on the table. Moving on to the enchilada served with a brown gravy mixture poorly seasoned, tasting as if it were watery refried beans with a taco seasoning in it, again with the dry unseasoned chicken and lettuce in side. The chips and salsa brought to the table were the best thing about the food and thats being polite as the two one spicy and one not. sauce tasted like ketchup mixed with some ground seasonings and peppers neither spicy and still lacking flavor. I would recommend you throw the recipes away and start again. A compete disgrace to Hispanic food.

The Enchiladas are my staple for me however, I tried their chili and the beans were mushy and hardly any meat. This makes me think that it’s been cooking way to long.
