Younger associates are nice, have been here before, food is what you expect from snappy’s but service can really be hit or miss. Attempted to place an order, credit card was charged but order was never confirmed or received. Made a call to ask if the order had gone through or if I needed to reorder online, the man on the phone had incredibly short temper and said I placed the order at the wrong restaurant and would not let me place another order?? He cut me off multiple times as I tried to figure out what I needed to do to place another order, I wasn’t rude to him, but the interaction was one of the strangest I’ve had in awhile. Never got to place that order sadly.. ):

Got a pepperoni and sausage calzone. The people were friendly and asked if we were military vets so they could give us a discount. Calzone was excellent. Service was better than expected. I’ll be going back often!

Look online for best deals ended up buying a medium cheese pizza for $10 bucks online for carryout; got to the store and see this sign that clearly states $5.99 for large cheese pizza. I go in and ask and they say that the sign is for “Walk In”. Do you see anything on the sign about walk in?

Food is good and I order but after a 2+ hour wait, after the 2nd call (the first call was after an hour) I was told my food was delivered and I didn’t answer my phone or the door. This is just untrue. I was 4 feet from my door the entire time, watching my camera regularly. The owner wouldn’t refund my money. Said the driver has been there 15 years. Well, someone either messed something up or is lying. Supposed to be replacing the order, at this rate around 3 hours after I placed it.

It was my first time ever eating from here. The prices are pretty reasonable. You get a fair amount for the price. I liked what I got and would order from there again. However I don’t think the food is outstanding or that the taste and quality is comparable to the bigger pizza chains.
