Food had good flavor, portions for the price could be improved upon. OUR waitress was nice, could have been a little more on the ball with checking in on us. Saw quite a few people come in a little later than us to either walk away or get turned away for one reason or another. Saw 2 tables wait for more than 20 minutes before leaving the restaurant due to nobody even taking their orders. We were alright, but I could feel their frustrations. Crabs were good, food tasted good, but everything else needs work.

I had high hopes for this place, but the google review photos of the yummy looking drinks isn’t something that’s offered on their drink menu. The prices do not match the portions that are given. I couldn’t believe for 2 appetizers was nearly $50! The crab stuffed 5 tiny mushrooms needed sauce and we ordered crab potato skins. We were so shocked to see that it was literally a half of a baked potato with some crab meat on top. HALF A POTATO! Are you kidding me? Our waitress was a nice girl. Atmosphere was a little dark and gloomy inside..

We went here for my wife’s 50th birthday. Four people in our party ordered the all you can eat crabs. The crabs were fantastic for those that ordered them. It is all down Hill from here. I ordered an appetizer and the prime rib. 10 minutes later the server returned to tell me they didn’t have prime rib. So I ordered the ribeye. We only found out later that everything is cooked by air fryer or steamed. One of my daughters ordered crab dip appetizer as a meal. It came at the appetizer time. One of my daughters did not get her appetizer at all. All of my food came at the same time. Our bucket for scraps was heaving over and all the plates were on the table empty and dirty. The general manager walked by our table several times but did not do anything about it. The waitstaff was overburdened, poorly trained, and poorly supported by management.

Just got a Dozen Large and 1/2 Dozen Medium steamed crabs with a bowl of crab soup from carryout. Soup was excellent, crabs were sized as expected, full and very tasty. This was my first visit, customer service excellent. Will definately return. A+

Absolutely perfect, I’m a year round resident. The service was excellent, our waitress couldn’t have been more pleasant. I really don’t understand the bad reviews that have been placed. Great food great music cool and laid back. No time limit on all you can eat crabs!!!! WOW!!!!!

I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately the service was absolutely terrible and the food was mediocre, especially the price. We waited over a half hour for steamed crab legs and soft shell crabs. The steamed crabs came out luke warm. The soft shell crabs was supposed to be 2 large crabs and came out as 4 tiny little soft shell crabs that were nearly impossible to eat. The server took on a large party while waiting on us and then completely forgot about us. My husband had to ask for another beer and then still had to wait another 10 mins to get it. The server forgot my baked potato, no biggie, but then didn’t bring it out to me until I was already done with my meal. Overall a rather disappointing dinner.

2 times within the past yr I visited this place. I ordered crabs to go as well as the king crab the first time. I spent over 150 dollars. The blue crab was overcooked and the king crab was filled with nothing but water and tasted like they were frozen for years. I manage a seafood restaurant but unfortunately we do not have king crab so with place having what I liked and being close to home we gave it a shot. It was horrible. I thought ok maybe it was a bad night and I decided to give it a try again. We got the blue crab to just see if it would be ok but it again was overcooked. We returned it and got out money back with only tasting one crab. When taking to them some guy behind the line who supposedly cooks the crabs said it’s on a timer for 15 mins and he couldn’t of messed it up. Honey that’s not the correct time especially cause those crabs are going to continue to cook and some customers have to warm them up in some way and steam them again. We will never come here again. Good luck!! It’s a waste of money for overcooked crabs.

BUYER BEWARE! We called on speakerphone around opening time this morning and asked for price of 1/2 bushel #2 crabs. We were told they did not have #2 crabs but had #1’s and they were $110 for 1/2 bushel. Reserved and paid for the 1/2 bushel of #1’s and picked them up at 3:45. Upon arriving home, we found over half the crabs (21) were #2’s and 17 were #1’s. We immediately called and was told their #1’s are actually a mix of #1’s and 2’s. She said it is on their “page”; however, it was not explained to us when we called and we found no “page” anywhere on Facebook or otherwise explaining this. Not a good way to treat customers! Will not be going back.
