I will not be spending my money her again. I ordered $96 worth of food and it was raining so I intended to give the delivery driver a nice tip. Once he arrived to my home, we greated him with a smile, he never spoke. He put the pizza on our vehicle and walked away without even giving me a receipt. The next day (today) I called to ask about a receipt so naturally I asked for a member of management. The guy kept saying I can help you. I asked like 5 times for a manager. Finally I asked for a name and he gave me what I believe was a random name. Then he said now goure speaking to a manager. I just hung up and went for my receipt. In the past delivery drivers had tipped themselves which is why I wanted my receipt. When I arrived the girl at the window told me the managers name but he was no better. When I told him about my experience he said they can leave your food on your car vicar it’s contactless delivery. I did not opt for contact less delivery. Anyways, he was horrible. I should have looked at the 2.3 star review before patronizing this establishment.

So unfortunately this is the domino’s that “delivers” to my area. If you’ve been to this store you’ll notice it’s not specifically set up for pick up because there’s only enough room for 1 car at the window, with 1 car waiting, otherwise you have to wait in traffic or figure something else out. So we place our order at approx 8pm, so at 8:37 pm I receive my notification our pizza is ready and going thru quality check, so by 9:15 my wife and I begin to wonder if there was an issue so my wife calls. After being hung up on 3 times someone answers, says it’ll be here soon as possible. Over an hour later, after we all fall asleep hugry the pizza finally arrives, cold. Yet i can’t use the there an issue button.

If I could give no stars, I would. Took over an hour to deliver ONE pepperoni pizza. After an hour we decided to go check at the store and simply pick it up ourselves. We continued to wait at the drive-thru window for 20 minutes as the 4+ workers inside not only noticed and made eye contact with me but didn’t even seem to want to help. They were rude and inconsiderate.

I Just Ordered Cheesy Bread NO CHEESE JUST DOUGH and My Pizza Was Not Supposed To Have Jalapenos On It and It Did. I Called The Manager To Tell Him and He Tells Me That It Was An Honest Mistake. I know business are still short of employees because of Covid. But this store is trash very unprofessional and just don’t care how they prepare the food or when they deliver you order waiting 90 mins for a pizza make a call to the store and the nasty manager says another 35 mintues. If you can’t provide a professional courteous service to your customer close the doors. After all we are spending our money there.

These people never have it together. Every time we order from this place it’s hours late if they even deliver it at all…….we simply ordered two lava cakes and it’s been 2 hours….hasn’t left the store. If you do order from here don’t pay by card wait until they show up and give them cash because you will pay and get no pizza most of the time.
