Carne Asada tacos are really good. I’ve had the bean burrito and the birria ramen as well and haven’t been disappointed. Really good food, and I love that you can drive up to the to-go window and order/pick-up food.

Upon my second visit, & lunch meal experience there, earlier today, I chose to order one of their burgers, with green Chiles, & cheese combo meal, served with french fries, & a beverage. This burger I received was definitely one of the very best burgers, with a Mexican flair/flavor, I have ever eaten. The portion of this burger, also, was a very generous size burger. The fries were very good, too; hot & fresh, & flavorful. Only one issue, I had was that when I requested ketchup, to go on the side of the plate, along with my fries, much to my dismay, the hostess informed me they were fresh out, of it. Overall, a very delicious luncheon meal, even without the ketchup. Kudos to Los Corrales! Keep up the great work! ☺️

I moved here from out of state to Las Cruces (10) months ago, & have eaten a meal @ this local Mexican restaurant, twice, by now. Upon my first visit, eating a meal there, I ordered their red chili burrito, & a beverage. I thought the burrito I ordered, was very good, however only a bit on the spicy side; the portion I was served, was a very generous portion, & per my request, to cut down the spicy, hotness of the burrito, my Server/Waitress very graciously, & accommodatingly gave me a side of sour cream/creme fresh, as a topping, poured lightly over the burrito….very delish! ☺️

Got Birria tacos and birria Ramen with cucumber lime water. Birria taco plate rice was over cooked tacos where good, my husband says. I ate the birria Ramen and was super hungry but had to wait quite a bit for my noodles to be somewhat more cooked in my bowl because they were way undercooked, didn’t get much meat. The drink tasted like the cucumber was old or the drink was from the day before. Oh and they couldn’t find a spoon for my birria Ramen when I requested one, only got a fork(they did find the spoon for me though). Was told I could pay cash or card, card with a fee. I was paying with cash but she said they didn’t have change. Had to pay with card. Maybe went on a bad day ♀️

Tried for the first time and holy smokes these people can cook! In a town full of Mexican food options they’re a breath of fresh air with a unique menu, still Mexican food but a change of pace. They’re at 2420 W. Picacho, seating is in Extreme Garage which is a nice break from the heat. All around fantastic!

To be honest I’ve only tested there birrera tacos and there menudo. When they had the taco truck In Dona Ana taco’s were way better! I’ve been to the restaurant they have it’s not the same anymore there tacos were dry and no flavor and tested the menudo there too it was water down with no flavor. I’m not sure if they got a new cook but I haven’t back since then.

The best birria ramen in town. The enchiladas plate is flavorful, just the right level of heat. If only it was easier for small businesses to sell beer in this town. I’m going at least once a week for ever.
