Decent looking place but service could have been better. I was asking veggie ramen with pork broth rather than veggie broth, most of the places accomodate that simple request, but not at Kayuramen LBI place. And person who took order was like, we cannot do any changes in item, all we can do is just add. Anyways, when we ask for no ice in bubble tea, person was lune we can make it with less ice but not with no ice. Thats so weird, that this place has all these rules where other ramen place accomodate easily and even if they dont want to accomodate but you can say such things with respect. Anyways ramen was okay and due to limited option, this place is one of those limited choices. Food is expensive and less quantity wise as well.

Nice find on Long Beach Island. Delicious offerings of noodle bowls and hot appetizers. Private booths and fast service made for enjoyable lunch. My only minor complaint is that the piped in music was on a very short loop. We’ll be back.

Yum yum yum! Food was flavorful and came out quickly. Great atmosphere and quick, friendly service. There was a call button in the private booths – perfect for when kids get antsy. First time here…and we are glad it’s close so we can go again!

I was ecstatic to find a ramen place in Southern Ocean County as our locale is tragically devoid of such delicacies. First off, the ube mochi donut is not to be missed. The ramen selection was small but had most of the essentials. The appetizer list was nice. The tonkotsu broth was tasty, and the location and vibe are perfect. We’ve been 2x this month and can’t wait to go back. My ONLY complaint- they need mushrooms for the soup.

We ate lunch here today. The place is unassuming…just a small building with a view of the kitchen as you walk in. We saw only a couple of tables until we were escorted further in where booths are completely separated from one another by both walls and privacy curtains.

This is a great new addition to LBI and Surf City. The ramen is fantastic. The eggs are pretty incredible. The #1 is extremely good; the Mega Ramen received excellent praise as well. The bao buns were wonderful; the pork was perfectly cooked and the buns were deliciously fluffy. The gyoza was good. The atmosphere is very cool. Service was absolutely perfect. Love love love ❤

My son and i had a lunch date here because its a new place and hes been dying to try an authentic ramen. The place is so cool! We were seated in our own little room. We pushed the button to order. Which is very convenient. The waiter came soon after. And didn’t have to wait long to get our meal. It was really tasty. It was my first time trying ramen. We pushed the button to get the waiter when we were done. And promptly given the check. Must try this place if you like ramen.
