Came in with a toddler and my mama on a foot scooter with a broken foot. The whole staff was AMAZING and offered to carry our order out to the car (we had to go in for potty break). They were so friendly and had great customer service!

So aggravating the second night I’ve came to get ice cream at @9:00 and the ice cream is closed down why close down an hour early? When you’re known for your ice cream I nicely asked what time do y’all close it down “she said I really don’t know” instead of going to ask. That place is ridiculous and a bunch of lazy workers. Not including how high the prices are and anytime I get food it’s old and not fresh.

Payed seven dollars for a medium cheesecake blizzard with extra cheese cake and got 3 lil pieces of cheese cake. Time was 2 pm wed March 15th. To me what they did is the same thing as stealing

I’ll never stop at this store again. The staff had no clue what was going on, I waited almost 20 mins to even place and order and at least 15 mins to get my food, and it was very below average. To be fair, the owingsville Halloween celebration was that night and they were slammed, but it was very apparent the staff was ill equipped to handle this and overwhelmed.

They were very busy parking lot full drive thru was not long the food was great as usual the best BLT ever ordered from DQ, biscuits and gravy always the best great service and friendly staff, great place to get breakfast lunch and dinner.

After fighting through a crowd of disheveled naked people (confused possibly trapped) I finally received my order after 53 long minutes of mental anguish staring at the satanic symbols on the wall written in what I presumed to be bodily fluids and the souls of the trapped naked people who seemed to be multiplying rapidly as my stay continued. To my dismay my order was completely wrong being that I ordered a simple burger and received half a frog on a paper plate doused in a mystery sauce ( which they would not disclose to me) so I was forced to crawl over the mounds of worms and bug carcasses in order to rectify the situation. Pictured below is was I received in my sweet tea which the workers gave me for getting my order wrong they may have been trying to silence me to save their pride. I will not be returning unless I gather forces to protect myself from the ancient evil residing in this establishment

Every single time go, I’m almost late for work because they make me pull over. Why when there is never anyone behind me. I sit in the parking lot for 15 or 20 minutes everytime and then I get my food and its always the wrong order or they leave something simple out like putting mustard and ketchup on a hot dog…No one got time for this.
