Definitely a “take it to go” kind of place. Excellent, and I mean excellent french fries. The beef patty was substantial. Unfortunately, it was a heavy hand with the mustard and the requested mayo was forgotten. If not for those two things it would have absolutely been an “old fashioned” hamburger with nothing fast food about it.

As long as you aren’t grading a facility on aesthetics but just by content this is a good affordable bite to eat. The burgers are fantastic. And I must add some of the best French fries I’ve ever had. Your burger will be fresh ground beef, hand pattied, well seasoned and grilled to order. Fries are outstanding. Burgers were a little dry. You may want to ask to go light on the mustard. This is a old gas station/convince store with kitchen. The kitchen area was fresh and clean. The rest of the store is in need of attention. I get the idea that John (cook) is leasing the kitchen. I assume this because his area is so much different than the rest. He tries hard and cares what you think. So if you can, drop in, give it a try and let him know.

I found this place a couple years ago after kayaking. It is in an old gas station but don’t let that stop you from going in and ordering a burger! It is now a tradition to get burgers after kayaking in the area. Everyone I take there is always surprised and raves about the burgers! I have always been greeted kindly, food is always correct and so quick!

Holy cow! I would give Navajo Burger 10 stars if I could. I had lunch here today, and now as I write this review around dinner time, I’m still full! If you love a good, greasy burger with fresh toppings, this place should definitely be on your radar. The folks that work here are super polite and the prices are awesome as well.

It’s a gas station… that serves one of The Best Burgers I’ve had in years. Under $7.00!!! Couldn’t eat all of it. Two meals for me. Definitely eating here again. Staff is awesome, friendly and on point. Indoor and outdoor seating available. The interaction between staff and regulars is quite entertaining if you like to watch people interact. I don’t eat in my vehicle so I sat down and took it all in. Small town feel and very different from the city.

Always cold drink machine ice, soda or cups. Store operating hours are far too short for a lakeside store. Opens too late in AM and closes too early in the PM missing lots of potential customers.
