Yesterday, Friday evening shift, a very bad female employee tried to shorten my change by $5.00. I payed with a $50.00 dollar bill and then revised a counted my money. After the female had an attitude with me, I am able determine and say, she expected me not to count my change. The manager said that I did not pay with a $50.00 bill. I told to give me my $50.00 or I will call the police. She claimed to me that she is not a thief! Plus, a middle finger was given by the manager as I was right and she was totally wrong.I got my $50.00 back and left and ate at Ruby Tuesday. The moral of the story is to always count your change as I predicted that their scheme is blogged and everyone should know that there are people out there that are mean and hurtful. They don’t like to get caught and I hope that corporate reads this as it is recorded around 5:30 p.m to 6:30 p.m. I hope they get fired for their bad attitudes and intentions in being a thief.

I used to love going here service, food, coffee were great. Now, seems every time i go the doors are locked and you must use the drive-thru. I prefer to look over the donuts to decide which one I would like. Tried again this morning after several months. Locked door. went thru drive-thru no Boston cream donuts. They were not cooking anything at all. It is a shame that this location has gone down hill so bad. I travel to Dublin fairly often and visit the Dunkin Donuts there. They don’t seem to have the same problems. Wish they ran the one here.

They will do the bare minimum but my issue is with the fact they will deny making you anything from Baskin Robbins an Hour before they close because they clean up to early and refuse to do it. If you are supposed to close at 9 then you should serve until 9.

Bought an ice cream cake for my mom’s birthday and it was labeled with oreo ice cream and chocolate cake. Get home and cut it to find mint chocolate chip ice cream. Not what we wanted! Called up there and was told to call 5 minutes later after they talked to the manager. Was told only to bring pictures of the cake to get a new one. Met the manager who was terribly rude to me. Blaming me for the mix up. Saying that just because we didn’t like the cake. Yelling at me for not bringing the cake and expecting a refund. Will not get a cake from them again. Will not go there again. The manager is so incredibly rude and aggressive. She kept interrupting me and flat out ignoring my mom who was defending me. If I could leave zero stars, I would.
