Typical late night fast food these days. Ordered fully loaded fries, got the fries loaded with ranch and no cheese or bacon. The shake was ok but the burger had bacon so raw looking that I had to throw it in an air fryer for about 5 minutes at 400 degrees to get it looking appetizing. It tasted alright after I cooked it myself I guess. How do restaurants like these stay in business? First and last time I will ever go to one of these and I will make damn sure to tell my friends to avoid it. Especially when there is a damn good McDonalds right up the road.

Gave a 3 star but haven’t gone yet so disregard the rating. I’ve been reading the ratings and definitely want to go but I’m scared to go late at night. It appears late night is when there are problems(bad attitudes and messed up orders/food)but dayshift seems to get great reviews.

The atmosphere was dry and unwelcoming, and it felt as though we had burdened the staff. We were not greeted at the drive-thru. We were told to speak when we were ready to place our order.

We were in town for a music festival that ended late and we were hungry. We love Checkers and it’s always been our go to late night after concert food choice. We were staying just down the road and pulled into our favorite to get some late night goodness

Was our first time visiting. The people in front of us got a double order but employee didn’t realize they made 2 and gave them both to her. The guy in front of me ordered a drink and a chili dog (the most basic order) and they forgot his drink. We ordered and all was correct except for the cashier charging us for a combo meal which included drinks PLUS another 2 drinks which overcharged us $5 more. We had to have her correct the amount. Not sure if the cashier was new and was the one throwing everyone off, but just seemed everyone was frazzled. She had to ask for help. Employee comes over to assist with gloves on and coughed right into their glove. That did it for us. Hopefully, they will get everything sorted and employees will use proper hygiene when handling food. Same employee was seen exiting the back to outdoors. Went to a vehicle without food, possibly for a break. Was still wearing their gloves. We probably will never be back but hope they use this review to correct the situation. *We see the comment below our review but we wasted enough of our time on poor service and writing everything here in detail. *

The people working here are really great but it feels like the corporation isn’t supporting them with enough stock (often running low on some supplies like some chip sizes or food items, etc)… But I understand this is happening to a lot of restaurants lately and I feel very forgiving about it under the circumstances. That aside, good fast food, good prices and good people and some unique items that make them stand out (sweet fries, fruit slushies, etc) that give me a reason to come here specifically.

Went there yesterday and nobody there but me. I ordered through the app and waited at drive thru for 15 minutes for food meanwhile not another person there. Got food and husband couldn’t eat the cheeseburger cause ice cold and cheese not even melted. I ate mine even though it didn’t taste right. Two hours later had huge pains in my stomach only to be up chucking for 10 minutes. Used to love the Checkers in Kissimmee and think I will pass on going there as it’s short staffed and apparently food not cooked appropriately

Where do I begin…. I did a mobile went to the window to pick my order up and was never acknowledged after standing there over 10 min. Knocked on the window one time and they act as if they didn’t see or hear me. As I’m watching the crew the manger is walking around with a clipboard as his drive thru line and window is backed up. The young lady that was taking orders finally came to the window and I asked her to cancel the mobile order she told me she didn’t know how to. So we asked for the Manager who refused to come to the window. He finally comes to the window lost and confused smh. Tells me once again he didn’t know how to cancel the order. Smh just ridiculous, service was horrible never again.

Why is everything so incredibly salty? The fries are inedible they are so salty (and we’ve tried several times). Staff is usually friendly, orders are fast but the food is like a salt block usually. Also, where is the mushroom swiss burger??? (Not the Buford fried mushroom).
