The strawberry-banana smoothie was great and I got it immediately. However we watched the whole crew stand around, talk, play on their phones, eat, and make themselves smoothies, and had to wait for a latte for over 10 minutes watching them do this. This in turn just ruined the experience as the staff was rude as well. Rolling their eyes at thank you’s and openly talking badly about customers. Making this a very bad experience for myself and my husband. Food overall was great and when we did get the latte it was great. So I’d pick somewhere else if you want a friendly staff experience and environment. But if you just want good food I’d suggest it.

Delicious food and coffee drinks! I wish the service could match. We came here a couple times during our stay and unfortunately the service did lack (thankfully we ordered to go). Every time we watched staff stand around and talk and many times had undeserved attitudes towards us (rolling eyes, glaring stares, huffing & puffing and even talking about others. It was shockingly unprofessional. We enjoyed the fresh bagels with incredible homemade whipped cream frappes and Avocado toast so much we endured, just want to make sure that we forewarn you that service is a let down. If you only care about great food, then I recommend.

Overall, this place is a great asset to the community of Custer. The staff, service, cleanliness & ambiance were delightful. Great food, coffee, facilities, and wifi all made for a spectacular exsprience. As a Global Google Guide, I highly recommend you give em a try if you are in the area for yourselves!

Very friendly staff and good coffee. Nice tea options as well. Best cinnamon roll I have had in awhile. Very good prices as well.

The staff here is amazing! They’re were so busy at 1 pm on a cooler than normal June day, but they completely kept up! The food was delicious (the garlic cheese curds are AMAZING), and the coffee is delicious! Definitely stop here.

I stopped at Calamity Jane on my way out of town for a cappuccino and a quick breakfast. Prices were reasonable and their hot menu was extensive. I was not very hungry because of the large dinner the night before, but I would have liked to try some of the pastries.

Arrived just after opening time, hoping for a quick bite before a hiking day. For this reason we ordered off the quick bites menu. First strike was they were out of croissants for the sandwiches, so had to order a different item. We have now been waiting for almost 40 minutes for our “quick bite”. Would have ordered off the regular menu had we known. After 30 minutes we asked for our order to go because we have waited so long, and yet we are still waiting. Please find somewhere else if you don’t have all day. Once the food finally came, egg bites were extremely dry. Overall very disappointing experience.

Stopped here for lunch on a Sunday, almost by accident. The frontage suggests more of a place to drink than eat, and hides the fact that the burgers here (I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with bison pattie) counts as amongst the best I’ve ever tasted . Staff were attentive and friendly, and the price more than reasonable. Definitely recommended.

Coffee and my avocado toast breakfast were very delicious. Service was a bit slow, but it seemed busy and perhaps they were not fully staffed. Menu options looked great and all the food brought out around me looked amazing. Serving staff were friendly, just a bit stretched thin.

Cute themed coffee shop with good coffee located on the main stretch of Custer downtown. Seems like a chill place to hang out. Food was underwhelming. Not bad, just didn’t knock our socks off. We got the Chicken Philly Sandwich and the Chicken Tenders. We liked the potato salad side.
