We LOVE this location. This is our closest location, coming from Norton park- which is not far at all! We order often- ALWAYS receiving OUR orders Correct- never shorted- always fresh- Many, many times in easily the last year we have elected for pick up vs delivery- & every time seems there’s only one employee maybe two employee’s running the show. The second being the driver for deliveries. They DO AN AMAZING JOB!!! I don’t always review being a busy mom of 5- Yet I had to show some love to the employees keeping this location GOING… I hope the individuals who are above the daily foot soldiers- the ones who are doing the day to day “grunt” work -are aware of the team they have & compensate accordingly. Your staff is always friendly & greeting with a smile. When I’ve came into the restaurant the employee (sorry need get their name) prior to assisting me and immediately after, was actively busy, moving & shaking on other orders or tending to the restaurant needs. The restaurant itself again Every time I’ve stepped in, it was immaculate with being kept orderly & clean. If I could give the staff more than 5 stars I would!

Placed an order line. Had no heads up it would be a huge wait! Called the store after seeing if hadn’t even been prepped after nearly an hr. They said it would be another “45 mins minimum before its even TOUCHED”! Are you serious? Nearly 2 hrs to even touch them? I don’t care what promotions you have right now THATS worse than a sit down restaurant! Do better! You know you have a big promotional thing coming and will be busy! Plan ahead! Do better!!

Wait time said 70 to 90 minutes. It’s sat Aug 19. The chick that picked up got a bad attitude proceeding to demean me by insinuating I wasn’t able to add time up. I asked how long until delivery and she said well, 2 hours from now cuz wait times are over 3 hours. Not what I was asking b…. Was asking why there’s such a big discrepancy between what irritating words are coming out of that doubtful lovely mouth and what’s on the website

I picked it up. My arrival I realized I’d been here before but the staff were customer friendly and only had to wait few minutes as it was just finishing cooking. Pizza was just as I ordered and if in town again and had taste for it I would order again.

I order frequently quite a bit and most of time when i order, i don’t ever get what i payed for. Order double cheese get minimal amount of cheese. Ask for “No garlic seasoning”, cause they always drown it in it and it ruins the food, but they still always put in on there anyways. They can’t read orders. I paid almost $40 for one large pizza and placed my order at about 10pm. They have very poor staffing and never put on or remove what is asked in order. Never get the stuff you add amount wise for cheese and toppings.
